They did a great job on 2 refrigerators and a free standing ice maker. Only hold up was one manufacturer getting warranty parts to us as quickly as they should and not under their control. Will use whenever we need work done again.

They were able to get us scheduled in and a service within a very reasonable time. The part did have to be ordered and as soon as it came in, they were scheduling a time that was convenient for us. Working good as new!!!!

They sent a technician promptly after we notified them of our refrigerator failing. He accurately diagnosed the problem as a burnt compressor. They then contacted the manufacturer for a replacement part and followed up to minimize the time required to get the part and schedule the installation. Couldn't be happier.
