Professional, excellent service

Technician was experienced working on Wolf range top, did a good job fixing the problem. I was very pleased with the office staff's attention for scheduling the necessary appointments.

Always prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Today we had Clint and the issues were with a gas stove top. Although it couldn’t be fixed he gave us multiple solutions and great advice. We have always had great service.

Excellent Service!!!!! The tech fixed my issue in 10 minutes and charged me LESS than the 2 other service calls that just told be it was a gas issue and left. 10 out of 10!

Fast service, efficient and great results!

Clint arrived on time. He assessed the problem ( unit shut down due to power outage and did not properly reboot ) and restored the function of the oven and burners. He took care to protect counter top and floor.

Service is great, however the appointment times are not too timely. Also, I feel if work is done as scheduled, the trip fee should be deducted. Over all, great service ans communication.

Trip fee was very expensive, cannot be used to words the work done. Did not know the exact charge for fixing the appliance until it was done. However the service guy was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Advance Appliance was able to send a technician out within 1 day to assess my stove. Eric, the technician, was on time, professional, friendly and courteous. Issue was resolved very quickly! I'll be calling Advance Appliance again in the future.

Advance appliance was great. The technician, Royce, was able to immediately diagnose the issue, parts were expeditiously ordered and the repair completed as soon as they arrived. Very impressed by all aspects of speed and professionalism exhibited throughout the process!

The repairman they sent was excellent, knew about the product he was repairing and explained what was going on and what he needed to do to fix it.

I have used this company to repair all of my appliances since I first used them. They are professional, knowledgeable, clean & nice. When my microwave quit working just before Thanksgiving & needed a part they didn’t have in stock, they gave me a loaner until they could get my microwave operable. Excellent service! Our repairman has fixed our Viking appliances when others couldn’t. I can’t say enough about how positive our experience has been with this company. I would highly recommend them . I have found Royce’s honesty and integrity like none other.

Shawn was fantastic! On time, friendly and very professional. Very impressed!

Royce arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the new part and before leaving, gave us info about how to use our dishwasher more efficiently even though he was there looking at our gas stove top! He returned a few days later with the part and had it installed within 10 minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable and so pleasant.

These guys are courteous, professional, trustworthy and work hard to find the problem until the service is done. Thank you for your hard work, I will call again in the future.
