The technician arrived on time and diagnosed our washer. Unfortunately, he recommended that we buy a new one, as trying to repair it would be expensive, and recommended that we buy a Speed Queen, which would last longer.

The service was excellent. They aquired the information about the machine ahead of time so that they could have the parts with them that I would likely need. Friendly employee communicated well about what was gong on and what my options were.
