Joe was a great help in the issue I had with the refrigerator. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very helpful. Just an awesome experience.
My washer was not spinning correctly and it is no longer being manufactured, nor are original parts available but we were able to secure a new belt, which was installed and has worked perfectly. Also, the refrigerator handle for the freezer compartment has never been securely attached and the tech was able to…

I always use Advance Appliance, they are the best! When they fix something, it is fixed!
The appointment was easy to book. As promised, the technician contacted us the night before our appointment with a specific arrival time. Next day, he was right on time. He completed the repair on our washer in 35 minutes. We are happy with the results. I highly recommend.
Advance Appliance is the best. We had used another company multiple times before but needed a new option when the other place went fully AI. Advance Appliance was very responsive and fast to service. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
Reliable and conscientious. Good communications. Work and knowledge is good, fast service work!
Advance Appliance is a “top notch” repair service. A trained technician shows as promise; and works to find the issue. If they cannot repair your appliance- they honestly tell you it needs replacement. Pricing is very fair for services rendered - highly recommended.
Chelsea, Drew, Wayne and the rest of the Advance Appliance crew are wonderful. Quick response, expert analysis and prompt repair.
Greatly appreciate Jeremy‘s help. I trust him and feel comfortable having him in my house-which is hugely important to me. And I especially appreciate that he came the same day I called, as I was leaving town the next day and desperately needed to wash clothes!
Whenever appliance problems arise, we always turn to them, and they deliver professional, excellent work. We recommend them 100%.
They give a wonderful service and always have fabulous technicians come out!
We have a variety of high end appliances that are a little on the "older" side (happens to the best of us), yet Advance Appliance always sends the right tech for them they are always professional, scheduling is a breeze, timely and have always repaired everything. We've been their clients for about 4 years. Will not…
Wayne was great! Super helpful and knowledgeable about my washing machine. He showed up on time and gave me a heads up of when he’d be here. It was easy to book and everyone I spoke with was kind and professional!
Jeremy was awesome. Knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. This company is the best. Good pricing with old family values. Look no further.
The locking mechanism on my washer broke. I had bought the washer in 2021 and never had any problems with the Speed Queen Clothes washer I had purchased from Advance Appliance. I figured it was out of warranty and was prepared to pay $287.00 for the part and the service call. When I went to file the repair…

The repairman was honest and straightforward. He diagnosed the washing machine problem and got it fixed. I would definitely use Advanced again. 👍
I requested service for washing machine repair from five different places on the evening our washer broke. They were the only company who called me back, and they called first thing the next morning. The person who got us scheduled was so nice. The technician, Andrew, who was assigned to us was so nice and helpful.…
Alan was prompt, professional, and honest about the problem. Thanks for excellent service.
Fine if you have a quick and easy repair they can get to in the first visit. Used them for my dishwasher and that was the case. Used them again for my washing machine... I was pleased that the tech solved our problem in a hurry. He ordered our part & we were back in business.
Tech was knowledgeable, candid about the issues and worked quickly to remove some of the mold/dirt that has suddenly started appearing on clothes washed in our Samsung top load machine. He explained how material collects on the outside of the tub's hundreds of small holes. We use the cleaning cycle and recommended…
