Having relocated more than 10 times, we've worked with a lot of great crews. Advance Relocation Services is a cut above; they surpassed our expectations in every aspect. My brother and I had a short window to get our senior parent moved. Krysta worked tirelessly to get us scheduled for his interstate move and we so…
I needed to move my aged and recently widowed mother from MD to RI and downsize from a 2BR to a 1BR. I’ve also moved 10 times in the past 12 years. Brian M and his team are by far the best movers I’ve ever worked with. Excellent communication, highly efficient, professional, and incredibly caring with setting up my…
Fantastic at every stage of the moving process. Kathy was great in helping with the estimate and booking process, and Justin and crew did a fantastic job. They were very easy to communicate with and respond to questions, which put our mind at ease during an interstate move. Everything was done quickly and…
This moving company was amazing! Justin did a great job-he was professional and efficient. It made for a less stressful move!
Advance Relocation Systems was a godsend helping me move from the West Coast back East. From the beginning to the end of the process, everything was handled professionally, honestly and flawlessly. Moving from California involved the number of logistics that Advance Relocation Systems helped with. On the Baltimore…
Baran and his crew were excellent from start to finish on my move from Maryland to South Carolina. They were on time, professional, and incredibly helpful with anything I needed. Everything was packed with care and arrived in perfect condition. They truly took the stress out of the process. After using other movers…
Great work by Justin, Rachel and the team!
One of the smoothest unloading/unpacking experiences I've ever had. Andrew and Darian arrived early and had very thorough paperwork ready-to-go. They were very pleasant and helpful, despite having to deal with a 4-story home and spiral staircase. They unloaded everything quickly and carefully, took all the packaging…
Baran, Judy and William were prompt, professional and friendly. They provided excellent customer service. We had a large, difficult move from a townhouse. They overcame many obstacles to ensure that our belongings were moved safely and securely. The team - including John, who worked with the team to unload us in CT…
I'm upset I can only give them 5 stars! Jerry, Corey, Jay, and Kobe were incredibly polite, efficient, and flexible when some of our items didn't fit as originally planned. They treated all of our things as if they were their own and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Best moving crew we've ever experienced (and we move a lot)!
We moved from overseas to Virginia and Advance Relocation took our household items from the Port of Baltimore to our storage facility in Northern Virginia. The crew - Jerry, Jason, Corey, and Kobe were on time, courteous, professional and extremely efficient at all times. Highly recommend!
Baron, Judy, Will, and Justin were amazing! They came in and introduced themselves to us individually right away. They took care of our items, using floor mats, tape on the stairs, blankets on the furniture etc. They cleaned up anything they left behind as well. They helped us remember items to reserve or pack…
Ronald and his crew was outstanding. The crew provided professional customer service and responded to my needs with no problem. Highly recommend for any move.
Byron, Judy and William were terrific! They were on time, professional, very friendly and very thorough. All items were packed with care and nothing was damaged or broken. We had an out of state move. We would highly recommend their team!
We are thrilled with the personal attention and service provided by the team at Advance Relocation Systems. Our move coordinator worked closely with us on a virtual walkthrough to catalog the items we would be moving. Our situation was a bit complicated as we were moving out of our house in Baltimore and had to…
Mark and the Advance Relocation team provided us excellent, professional service for our move from Maryland to Delaware. Even though we were only moving from one storage unit to another, they showed great thoroughness and care in evaluating the packing of every item, repack as necessary and ensure our items would…
28th. Sept. 2020. Moving and packing house for out of state. Our team of packers Ronaldo, Jennifer and Christian Alex are the best! they are professional, hard working and listened to every request and question. I would use ARS and request our team again. They have made this so stress free and with friendliness…
We aren’t even finished with our move and I cannot say enough good things about the packing crew! We are military and from this point forward we will ask for them every time. The four guys that came were professional, friendly, and genuine. At one point we took our kids outside to play and didn’t even think twice…
I think that the crew did a decent job, with the packing and unpacking of my HHG. It was a bit of a struggle on the front end as the initial crew had issues gaining access to base. You usually get a day or two of packing depending on your home size, and a day of loading. The 1st day they lost due to a crew member…
Great job! Mark, Tony, Jerry, Jason, Kobe, and Corey did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them for moving bulky items.
The team of Mark, Jerry, Jason, Kobe, and Corey were fantastic. Best move out of 8 household moves. Arrived when they said they would, professional and courteous, took extraordinary efforts to protect the house as they moved our stuff, and were done in record time. And...nothing was broken or damaged. Really, just the best I've ever encountered.
The “A-team” rocks (Mark, Jerry, Jason, Corey, Ottis, and Kobe). Best moving experience I’ve had and I’ve moved a lot!
The movers are extremely punctual. They observe good covid protocol and are very friendly and efficient. I am very happy with their services
