I do not usually leave a review, but I feel compelled because Jerry, Steve, and Jason of ARS went above and beyond to ease a stressful time for my Mom and I. The process began with Krysta, who was gracious and kind as she explained the process to us. She took time to answer questions and she was available from the time that we first spoke through the move. Her compassion and professionalism as we navigated an emotional move for my Mom made the difference for us. Then, as the moving day arrived, the positive energy and friendliness of Jerry, Steve, and Jason relieved so much of our apprehension and stress. They were so kind and their humor made moving almost fun. They worked so well together and were so considerate as we made last-minute decisions of what to take and what to leave. They lightened our load in so many ways. Like Krysta, Jerry, Steve, and Jason's professionalism was evident in the care they took with my Mom's things and the efficiency with which they worked. We cannot say enough good things about our experience and we are truly thankful for, not only their hard work, but for their encouragement and support as we face a new chapter as a family.

Advance Relocation was used by my mother's apartment building to move my mom from the 8th floor to the 1st floor. My mom has dementia so this move was going to be very trying for her. The gentlemen that moved my mom were very professional and polite to my mom and caring of her belongings. I would recommend them to anyone looking for caring people doing a professional job.

Brian and his team were great! He was knowledgeable, informative and caring. I just purchased a new home and his team was extra careful placing things. They went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! I know I will be requesting their services again! They loved on my dog while she was in the way at times but they treated my things and my home with the utmost respect! This is one of the best military moves I’ve had since joining!

My move with ARS was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for better service. It was a "White Glove" move and it deserved the title. Gerry was the Team Leader. He was very professional, friendly and walked me through the process. I actually sat and read a book during the entire move. And, when I arrived at my new destination, EVERYTHING was unpacked.
