I'm very grateful I found this shop! I was moving cross-country and passing through with my family of 8 plus a dog and pulling my camper when my car encountered some issues with the strain of going over the mountains. Krista took my walk-in first thing in the morning and was the nicest, with a super friendly waiting area with sofas, coffee, snacks, etc. She even offered to give me a ride back to my campground if I needed it. John, the technician, looked at my car and was very knowledgeable, and explained what was happening and how to carefully approach the upcoming drive over the summit. They never pushed me to get some unnecessary service. I really appreciate the honesty. I wish I was local to them so I could bring them my car every time! A+

My Kia Sportage broke down on I-70 while on a road trip with my family and I had it towed to Advanced Automotive Repair. The car got to their shop around 4:30pm, and they took the time to diagnosis the problem that day even though it resulted them working past 5pm. Extremely kind service and very honest with their work. There was zero sales push. Instead I was presented with the problem and a few possible solutions. The experience with them made a miserable situation so much better. I don’t often do online reviews, but I had to share such a positive experience with them. If they were closer to home, I would go to them for all my car servicing needs.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! This is the most trustworthy honest mechanic shop you will ever find! They were patient and kind to us and helped us every step of the way! Ive never dealt with a more professional and kind bunch of people! If you need a mechanic who is smart and trustworthy this is the place! I cannot recommend them enough!
