Advanced Carpet Care: Green Bay Carpet Cleaning

Great family owned company. Did an excellent job with my carpets getting pet stains and odors out.

Gary and his team are great. I have used them several times at different rentals with various needs. They are professional and excellent at their work. Would recommend to everyone.

This company is off the charts when it comes to Customer Service. They are outstanding. The owner Gary and his son were super efficient and professional at getting the job done very quickly and their communication was awesome through the process. I will only hire them. I wish they were located in more cities. In… Read full review

We had a sectional couch that has been well-loved by our whole family, including our two large dogs. When they got done cleaning it the couch looked brand new! They were so fast to respond from the time of requesting an estimate to completing the service. Our carpets and couch look amazing. I could not be happier with their work!

5 stars is not enough! This company is absolutely amazing! From the communication, to the scheduling and promptness, to the pricing, to the end result- literally all 5 stars. Could not be happier with the job they did and they saved me so much money in the long run. Will be recommending to everyone!

Gary an his team are dependable, professional and super good at what they do. Bonus- I found out they are more than just carpet, they do tile grout too!

Gary and his team did a great job! Prices were cheaper than a handful of other quotes I received with no minimum on sq footage. We moved into a new house that had the carpets cleaned but there was a pronounced dog urine smell in the carpet. Gary's carpet cleaning wizards did their magic and removed the smell that… Read full review

7/2025 Highly recommend Advanced Carpet Care! Thank you Gary and crew for your excellent service! It’s always a pleasure doing business with you.

Very pleased with the work done by Gary and his team! We had the carpet in our new home cleaned prior to move in. They were able to come out the same day I called, and they did a wonderful job on our carpet. Since the previous owners had pets, we wanted to be sure there were no lingering issues or odors before… Read full review

Gary & Tim were so kind, efficient, and thorough helping us clean our apartment carpets and linoleum! With 4 cats, it was long overdue. They were very understanding when we had trouble wrangling 1 cat to get her out of the way, and even offered to clean some areas I hadn't thought to include. They carefully moved… Read full review

We recently moved into a new home that needed some work. We called Gary at Advanced, who met us at the home immediately following closing to clean the carpet and in our first week here we also hired Gary and team to clean our tile/grout and to do an ozone treatment to get rid of a cigarette smoke smell in our lower… Read full review

Carpets are 12 years old and came out like new. I’ve used several others and the carpet never came clean. Thanks for the great job and service.

Advanced Carpet Care took care of smoke smell in our car! The smell was very strong and we never envisioned it could be removed, but Gary and his team completely removed the smell! Communication with Gary was excellent and he even followed up after to check in on our satisfaction! This level of service is a gem today!

Very thorough explanation of processes and advantages of this method especially for pet stains. Guys were prompt and courteous and the rooms came out better than expected. Will definitely use again. I have cleaned carpet professionally many years ago and was impressed by this business.

If you have pets, Gary and his team is the best company to use. Gary has done our carpets a couple times but this time he did our furniture due to one of my cats that had a UTI and peed on the furniture and the area rug. Not only did he get all the stains out but also that icky pee smell that stunk the whole room up. Everything now smells so fresh.

What a great experience working with Advanced Carpet Care. Professional, on time, respectful of my home and family. They got out stains that have been there for years. Will definitely use them again!

I am astounded by how nice our living room carpet looks after Advanced Carpet Care cleaned it. I can't thank you enough for the time you spent getting it back to where it use to be. Highly recommend!
