Definitely recommend. Very friendly and very informative. The prep work they did before laying the Bermuda sod shows how much they care about quality. Great advice and tips on what sod to choose and how to maintain it. The yard looks amazing now.

I write to recommend Advanced Lawn & Garden with the highest level of confidence for expert landscaping and drainage work. We’ve had chronic water runoff along the side of our Jacksonville, FL home where an HOA-owned berm directs water toward the foundation. Owner Nate Vance carefully evaluated our property and recommended a solution ideally suited to resolve the issues. This was a state-of-the-art groundwater management system that uses principles and materials developed by the celebrated French Drain Man (Robert Sherwood). Sherwood’s YouTube channel videos advocate a careful grading and water collection strategy versus digging a traditional French drain that rapidly fails. Nate and his team worked diligently from 10am to 7pm to install this holistic system. They were respectful of our irrigation and landscaping. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We feel confident that our home is now protected from water intrusion for the long term thanks to the superior French Drain Man engineering concepts and materials utilized by Advanced Lawn & Garden. This contractor is accomplished, credentialed, fairly priced, and trustworthy.

We just finished an extensive re-do of the landscaping at our home. We took three proposals and selected Advanced as being the most responsive. The pricing was in an acceptable margin from the others. What impressed me immediately when we did our initial walk-around to discuss scope was Nate's knowledge and understanding of what it was we were trying to do. he expressed his thoughts and provided good advice and guidance without pushback. He listened very well. This was evident in his written proposal. One of the most thorough I have ever seen. He did the work in the two days as promised, cleaned up well, and made sure everything was to our liking. No complaints from the neighbors on either side with respect to noise, machinery, etc. I give Nate and his company a very strong endorsement and would encourage you to get a proposal from him if you are considering landscape work.
