Very good experience.
Ron and crew did a great job with my vehicle. They had it for about three weeks because they had to order some parts that were no longer in production and there was a lot of work to be done. Ron would call, text or email me every couple of days to let me know the status of the repairs and the parts. I would definitely recommend Advanced VTech.

Dave was fantastic and highly professional! He took the time to clearly explain my car issues in a way I could understand. Since I had to leave my car over the weekend, they arranged for me to rent a car, which made the process much more convenient.

I've taken two cars here, one a Tesla to rotate my tires and another a Mazda for a full brake replacement (pads and rotors, front and rear). I was able to drop off and pick up on my schedule, and they called with an estimate before the work started. Everything got done quickly, including clearing diagnostic codes and oil change before leaving.
Awesome customer service! Advanced VTech is always my 1st choice. Had to get one of my cars prepped for a road trip as my son is taking it off to college and had them inspect everything to make sure all was a go. I requested some things to be done and tire rotation and all was well.
