Advanced VTech

Great service. Honest explanations. On time service. Reasonable prices.

Great people and professionals. Thanks to Ron and his team!

Great service

Very good experience.

Ron and crew did a great job with my vehicle. They had it for about three weeks because they had to order some parts that were no longer in production and there was a lot of work to be done. Ron would call, text or email me every couple of days to let me know the status of the repairs and the parts. I would definitely recommend Advanced VTech.

Ron and staff were great. Highly recommend.

I love the guys at Advanced VTech, always very fast and professional!

Great service

Dave was fantastic and highly professional! He took the time to clearly explain my car issues in a way I could understand. Since I had to leave my car over the weekend, they arranged for me to rent a car, which made the process much more convenient.

It was my First time at this shop and I am very happy with the service. I came in for an oil change. The Front desk guy was super nice and friendly and informed me of the status of my vehicle’s pads, tires and etc after he handed me the keys. His name wasn’t on the receipt so I’m unable to mention him by name but great customer service.

I had such a great experience here today. My car suddenly told me to check the oil level, and I was honestly worried because I didn’t know what was wrong. A very kind gentleman helped me right away, checked everything for me, and even told me I didn’t need to pay. He was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful. It’s… Read full review

Professional and courteous Answered all my questions to my satisfaction

I got this contact information from a common group when I was checking for auto repair shops in Buffalo Grove area. I was supposed to change the oil and I often visit a Acura dealer where they often charge 90 dollars but they are introducing some or other repair and making me to pay a min of 1000 dollars. I happened… Read full review

Excellent service as usual, keep up the great work guys!

I bought a dash cam and my son installed it - but the wires were showing on the front windshield. Advanced VTech was able to redo the wiring so that none of it shows and it's plugged into a different place (using a wiring kit). Thanks so much for doing this!!

I had the 2 bushings replaced on my Rav 4. The problem was found during the routine inspection for my oil change. As always Advanced VTech to the rescue. My car is always in tip top shape monitored by the team at Advance VTech. I highly recommend them for any service.

The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Will definitely return.

Always a please dealing with Advanced V-Tech

Very friendly and helpful around the shop everybody does what they can to help you and get answers for your problems. They do work on book time but they're reasonable and very quick. Most places I go for oil changes are close to $100 wow this place is around 50 bucks. They also have a nice waiting room where you can… Read full review

I recently visited this repair shop for my Toyota Highlander, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! David is incredibly kind, communicative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even gave me a few useful tips—which I really appreciated since I’m not very tech-savvy. They offered a discount… Read full review

Advanced VTech is very professional and efficient. prices are industry standard car is done on time with great notes as to what they did and if they think another area needs attention

Hard to find honest mechanics. Advanced VTech is exactly that. Fair pricing too.

I've taken two cars here, one a Tesla to rotate my tires and another a Mazda for a full brake replacement (pads and rotors, front and rear). I was able to drop off and pick up on my schedule, and they called with an estimate before the work started. Everything got done quickly, including clearing diagnostic codes and oil change before leaving.

Awesome customer service! Advanced VTech is always my 1st choice. Had to get one of my cars prepped for a road trip as my son is taking it off to college and had them inspect everything to make sure all was a go. I requested some things to be done and tire rotation and all was well.

Glad I found these guys to help with a tire problem that the Audi dealership couldn’t figure out. Now they’re my go-to for annual inspections and everything auto maintenance. Thanks fellas!

My wife and I have had all our cars serviced at Advanced VTech, most recently new brake pads and rotors on our 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 which would’ve cost significantly more at the dealership. We’ve always been satisfied with the repair work and cost but what we like most about Advanced VTech are the owners David and… Read full review

Brought my car in for a suspension and front end work along with a 4 wheel brake job, wheel alignment as well as an oil change. I work with both Ron and David. One of them is always available over the phone. Both are welcoming and friendly. They provide all necessary information, estimate, what should be done first and what can wait. There are 2 Toyotas in the household: Sienna 2006 and Corolla 2015. Each made 100K+ miles. We like the cars… Read full review

After my auto repair shop that had been working on my cars for over 20 years closed due to the owner retiring I looked for a place that I could trust. Advanced VTech always takes great care of my Jeep. Most importantly, they only do the work that is needed, but keep me abreast of things that will be needed in the future.

Good experience No issues

First time customer. 10/10 experience. Made appointment and my car was taken in as soon as I got there. Efficient, quality service. Owners are extremely nice and provided suggestions, education, and guidance towards questions asked. Will definitely be going here again! Thanks for all your help, Dave!

Went in for an oil change and they changed a light and charged me for it without asking me first. Lost my trust and my service.

After many years of searching for "my" mechanics, I finally found Advanced VTech. Guys are professional, fast, reliable and honest. I couldn't be happier with the service and will keep coming back for years.

Had major work done on my 1966 Mustang and I am extremely happy with the results. Dave and Ron were happy to welcome the work and Rocco, the mechanic who worked the project has to be a miracle worker. I’ve had the Mustang since 1976 and it has never run as good as it does now. The total bill was very reasonable… Read full review
