Austin is always great. Friendly, gets the job done and always makes time for our endless questions. He's great at educating us about the situation and what we can do to minimize it happening again. Never Say Die! We had squirrels in the attic and Alex came to figure out how to get rid of them. It took a few rounds as the squirrels kept finding new ways of getting in the attic.
