Shannon was fantastic and went the extra mile to give us peace of mind with the results of our first badly needed treatment. We haven't had any insect control in several months after we discontinued our service with our previous company and then procrastinated finding a new company. I had noticed a lot of spiders in…
James did a great job during his work at our house. He discussed the entire scope of work to be done. We walked the house fully so I could explain our concerns. He was fully informative as he completed a specific part of the house and was moving to the next part. He did all the work we agreed upon. Super friendly…
Ongoing great service and management of our home from pests. Good communication, scheduled quarterly.
Taylor was friendly, efficient, and wonderful at sharing what he completed for today's service!
Had this company out to spray for bugs and spiders. Jim Sr was super nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Looking forward to working with them every 3 months!
Great reliable service and reasonable prices!
I have been using them for probably 4 years now and can not say enough good things. Communication is amazing, always on time, incredibly polite and knowledgeable.
Advantage is great! I manage a large commercial property. A few months ago I switched from one of the biggest national names in pest control to Advantage Pest Management because the big company was not meeting our needs. I have been deeply impressed with Advantage's service. They are thorough, professional, and are…
We have been using Advantage for a couple years now. Abel was very kind, prompt and thorough! He was able to identify problem areas where wasps were accumulating. He even hung up a wasp trap. I appreciate Abel’s service and good communication. I appreciate his attention to detail. He also alerted me when he was on…
Advantage Pest Management does a great job with our quarterly service and they are on call whenever we need something. Jeremy provides impeccable service every time.
Jeremy did a detailed job today. I am very happy with his work.
We just moved in so decided to have a move-in pest treatment. Jim was very professional, courteous and friendly.
Jim and his team are the best! They are very responsive and show up as planned. Jim makes sure my home is scheduled for service every few months. My wasp problem has definitely decreased! And when I need for them to come out for an extra trip, his team has it scheduled and at my door right away.
Jeremy was prompt, polite and respectful of our home. Grear job!
Jimmy was thorough, professional and a good guy! Thanks for your help, will definitely hire again!
Extremely professional. Went over everything a couple of times. We signed up for the monthly service; brung new to Colorado I don't know how bad the outdoor bugs get so I'd rather be safe than sorry. Thanks Jim!
Jonathan was absolutely amazing. Patient but quick. Educated me and cared. I’d like to have him each time!!!
Shannon from Advantage Pest was fantastic to work with! We had ants showing up in multiple spots across our front and backyard, and he took the time to really assess what was going on rather than just doing a quick spray and leaving. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything clearly so we understood…
Was able to get service scheduled super quickly and easily. Abel showed up early and was friendly and efficient in dealing with general pests and hornets nests outside our home! Great service, will be using them again!
The Advantage team are true professionals and they respond quickly. We had rodent issues and they came out to check out the issue and did what they had to do. I have a membership and we saw recent activity so I emailed them and they came out within two days. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for pest management.
Abel is always considerate and takes time to educate us of what to anticipate in the upcoming season. We appreciate his work taking care of our house!
Abel is always thorough and very friendly!! Advantage came out to do some preventative treatment for our home that we recently purchased. In addition they removed all spider webs and treated for those as well- I have not seen one since they have been here! They were courteous and professional and highly recommend them for their pet safe services.
Johnathon was super nice and performed the treatment well. Always appreciate them coming out!
We've been using Advantage for about a year now and they've been so responsive and wonderful. Always super fast to follow up when we want to schedule something and proactive about when we're due for a service. We worked with Abel most recently and he was super friendly, professional, and responsive - helped answer…

We have been using Jim for 3+ years. He is knowledgeable and good at explaining what is going on from year to year with the spiders and insects in our area. He is professional, responsive, and we highly recommend him!
Advantage Pest Control is awesome. They always get the job done and take care of my home well. I’ve been working with them since 2018 (8 years - wow!) at two houses and have never had a single thought about going with someone else. They’ve helped us with black widows, ants, wasps, other random insects, and mice.…
Thorough, professional and conscientious!
Jim and his associate Matt are terrific. Smart, conscientious, friendly, and thorough. They’re also young professionals, which means I know I’m getting modern techniques, not some old outdated solution that no one in the field should be using anymore. Our current tech Abel is terrific too. Smart and very personable.
I switched over from Ecoshield and couldn't be happy.
Highly recommend APM. the team is very knowledgeable and provides a high level of service. We have had routine services for 5 years and called for wasp, ant and mice issues and have been very satisfied with resolution.
