Shannon was fantastic and went the extra mile to give us peace of mind with the results of our first badly needed treatment. We haven't had any insect control in several months after we discontinued our service with our previous company and then procrastinated finding a new company. I had noticed a lot of spiders in…
James did a great job during his work at our house. He discussed the entire scope of work to be done. We walked the house fully so I could explain our concerns. He was fully informative as he completed a specific part of the house and was moving to the next part. He did all the work we agreed upon. Super friendly…
Ongoing great service and management of our home from pests. Good communication, scheduled quarterly.
Taylor was friendly, efficient, and wonderful at sharing what he completed for today's service!
Had this company out to spray for bugs and spiders. Jim Sr was super nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Looking forward to working with them every 3 months!
Great reliable service and reasonable prices!
I have been using them for probably 4 years now and can not say enough good things. Communication is amazing, always on time, incredibly polite and knowledgeable.
Advantage is great! I manage a large commercial property. A few months ago I switched from one of the biggest national names in pest control to Advantage Pest Management because the big company was not meeting our needs. I have been deeply impressed with Advantage's service. They are thorough, professional, and are…
We have been using Advantage for a couple years now. Abel was very kind, prompt and thorough! He was able to identify problem areas where wasps were accumulating. He even hung up a wasp trap. I appreciate Abel’s service and good communication. I appreciate his attention to detail. He also alerted me when he was on…
Advantage Pest Management does a great job with our quarterly service and they are on call whenever we need something. Jeremy provides impeccable service every time.
Jeremy did a detailed job today. I am very happy with his work.
We just moved in so decided to have a move-in pest treatment. Jim was very professional, courteous and friendly.
Jim and his team are the best! They are very responsive and show up as planned. Jim makes sure my home is scheduled for service every few months. My wasp problem has definitely decreased! And when I need for them to come out for an extra trip, his team has it scheduled and at my door right away.
Jeremy was prompt, polite and respectful of our home. Grear job!
Jimmy was thorough, professional and a good guy! Thanks for your help, will definitely hire again!
Extremely professional. Went over everything a couple of times. We signed up for the monthly service; brung new to Colorado I don't know how bad the outdoor bugs get so I'd rather be safe than sorry. Thanks Jim!
Jonathan was absolutely amazing. Patient but quick. Educated me and cared. I’d like to have him each time!!!
Shannon from Advantage Pest was fantastic to work with! We had ants showing up in multiple spots across our front and backyard, and he took the time to really assess what was going on rather than just doing a quick spray and leaving. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything clearly so we understood…
Was able to get service scheduled super quickly and easily. Abel showed up early and was friendly and efficient in dealing with general pests and hornets nests outside our home! Great service, will be using them again!
The Advantage team are true professionals and they respond quickly. We had rodent issues and they came out to check out the issue and did what they had to do. I have a membership and we saw recent activity so I emailed them and they came out within two days. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for pest management.
Abel is always considerate and takes time to educate us of what to anticipate in the upcoming season. We appreciate his work taking care of our house!
Abel is always thorough and very friendly!! Advantage came out to do some preventative treatment for our home that we recently purchased. In addition they removed all spider webs and treated for those as well- I have not seen one since they have been here! They were courteous and professional and highly recommend them for their pet safe services.
Johnathon was super nice and performed the treatment well. Always appreciate them coming out!

We have been using Jim for 3+ years. He is knowledgeable and good at explaining what is going on from year to year with the spiders and insects in our area. He is professional, responsive, and we highly recommend him!
Advantage Pest Control is awesome. They always get the job done and take care of my home well. I’ve been working with them since 2018 (8 years - wow!) at two houses and have never had a single thought about going with someone else. They’ve helped us with black widows, ants, wasps, other random insects, and mice.…
Thorough, professional and conscientious!
Jim and his associate Matt are terrific. Smart, conscientious, friendly, and thorough. They’re also young professionals, which means I know I’m getting modern techniques, not some old outdated solution that no one in the field should be using anymore. Our current tech Abel is terrific too. Smart and very personable.
I switched over from Ecoshield and couldn't be happy.
Highly recommend APM. the team is very knowledgeable and provides a high level of service. We have had routine services for 5 years and called for wasp, ant and mice issues and have been very satisfied with resolution.
David was fast and efficient!
Jim and his team are great! We enjoy all the knowledge he brings to the table on his visits and makes us feel like a priority.
Excellent Service and Peace of Mind! I recently hired Advantage Pest Management for a pest issue at my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They scheduled a technician promptly and even provided a courtesy reminder before the…
Advantage is the standard setter for the rest of our service vendors. Weylin does an amazing job of understanding what problems we have around our house, and proactively addresses them each year before they return. Highly, highly recommend Advantage.

Just switched to Advantage Pest Management, and I could not be happier with all aspects for the services we receive. Thank you!
Very professional and high quality service. The response time was also great! I highly recommend them.
Jim is very responsive and professional. Have used them multiple times.
Weylin & Jim with Advantage are the best! We are on the quarterly plan and have been for years. Compared with other companies, the treatments last much longer, and I don’t feel like a commodity. We have referred him to many people and they have all been happy with him. He also services our work location!
One resident in our community complained the carpenter ants that were sprayed for were still being seen. Advantage Pest Management promptly re-sprayed her home and she was satisfied with the results.
Waylon was wonderful, professional, and personable. I did ask why use his service over a DIY product and his explanation was great. The detail that be put forth has been better than any service I have hired. Also, from what my research held it looks like Advantage uses the "safest" products out of all other services I contacted.
Highly recommend. Great with communication, expectations, and overall anmazing experience. Would work with them again and again.
Great service! They were able to come to my house within 24 hours to check out the wasp infestation in my attic and everything was cleared that day.
Great experience! Professional, precise and patient. The 3 Ps.
I discovered a mouse in our garage over a holiday weekend and contacted Advantage Pest Management through their website. I got a text response that same evening, and was able to have an appointment to get the problem resolved within a few days. This company was very easy to work with - kind, knowledgeable,…
Jim showed up on time and was fast but thorough. He is very professional and friendly. He didn't attempt to sell us a contract or services we do not need, he explained what he did and what we had to do if anything as well, no hidden fees price was straight forward and affordable. This is our second year in a row…
Jim is highly professional and responds right away when we have inquiries. Best pest consultant out there
Jimmy and his team are fantastic! I scheduled a couple weeks out and he gave me an exact time of when he would arrive so I didn't have to deal with the "anytime between 8am to 5pm" nonsense. He was very professional and honest with his recommendations. I would highly recommend him and his team to other folks in the area!
We have used all the major and a few of the minor pest control companies through the years. We had a Box Elder infestation in one of our buildings. When I say infestation that could be mild. We lost several tenants because of bugs. Although mostly harmless, that's why they are called pests. All the other…
I needed some general pest prevention for my home and reached out to APM. They were quick to respond to my text messages and hopped on a quick call to help answer some of my questions. Easy to schedule with when planning in advance. They sprayed outside as well as some key places inside, and advised scheduling every…
This is the only Exterminator that i will ever recommend. They worked with me like real neighbors. On time and in budget. 100% 10/10
Awesome company!! Jim (and now Weylin and Dempsey) have been taking care of me for the past four years and I absolutely would recommend the fellas from Advantage Pest to any and everyone!! They’re awesome at what they do and I couldn’t be happier!!!
We use Advantage every year, they are great. Highly recommend. They are very polite, always fast, their treatments work well, they are always on time and they love our dogs.
So very impressed. Given the scale of our ant infestation (125 year old historic home), I was skeptical. But the professionalism and effectiveness exceeded my expectations. I have gained back valuable time I had been spending battling ants on my own. I wish there were six stars.
Extremely prompt, professional service!
these guys are always on the mark with their services. i would recommend them to everyone.
Jim and his team are always professional, punctual, and kill our bugs! 💪🏻 All wins!
We have used Advantage Pest Management services at our business for a year. They are friendly, professional, and timely. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pest services for their home or business.
Advantage has been great! I've used them for almost a year now, and they've helped me manage a pretty large spider and wasp problem we found after moving into our new house. They're communicative, thorough, and always super helpful if I need them to come back between services.
We're a food manufacturer and Advantage Pest Management has been our pest control company for years now. Jim keeps our facility up to date, pest free and helps us get excellent scores on food safety inspections and audits. Jim is an honest small business owner and I fully recommend working with him for both home and industrial pest control.
We have been using Advantage Pest Management for over five years now and they have always been efficient, on time, effective, and friendly to work with. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good things about Jim at Advantage Pest Management! He took care of our rodent problems swiftly. It felt like the rodents disappeared just at the threat of him coming by! In all seriousness, he inspected thoroughly and helped us identify ways to rodent-proof our home. We signed up for the…
