Advantage is great! I manage a large commercial property. Jim and his team are the best! They are very responsive and show up as planned. Jim makes sure my home is scheduled for service every few months. My wasp problem has definitely decreased! And when I need for them to come out for an extra trip, his team has it scheduled and at my door right away.
Best service ever! Very helpful and knowledgeable solving my issues for now and the future. Not sure how he could possibly be better.

We're very happy with Advantage Pest Management service. Jim provides quarterly service for rodent prevention to our property with excellent communication, prompt follow up to our questions, and is very knowledgeable.
Extremely professional. Went over everything a couple of times. We signed up for the monthly service; brung new to Colorado I don't know how bad the outdoor bugs get so I'd rather be safe than sorry. Thanks Jim!
Johnathon is always very professional!
Abel is always very thoughtful and thorough. Very pleased with this service
Shannon from Advantage Pest was fantastic to work with! We had ants showing up in multiple spots across our front and backyard, and he took the time to really assess what was going on rather than just doing a quick spray and leaving. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything clearly so we understood…
Professional, friendly, prompt and high level of expertise! Would recommend to anyone! Thank you again for being exceptional at your job!
The Advantage team are true professionals and they respond quickly. We had rodent issues and they came out to check out the issue and did what they had to do. I have a membership and we saw recent activity so I emailed them and they came out within two days. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for pest management.

Johnnnathan was great! Super knowledgeable and thorough in doing an exclusion service for our mouse issue. Explained everything well too.
Amazing service, as always.
Great job addressing a minor rodent thing before it became a real issue

Advantage Pest Control is awesome. They always get the job done and take care of my home well. I’ve been working with them since 2018 (8 years - wow!) at two houses and have never had a single thought about going with someone else. They’ve helped us with black widows, ants, wasps, other random insects, and mice.…
Highly recommend APM. the team is very knowledgeable and provides a high level of service. We have had routine services for 5 years and called for wasp, ant and mice issues and have been very satisfied with resolution.
Jim and his team are great! We enjoy all the knowledge he brings to the table on his visits and makes us feel like a priority.
Good service
Excellent Service and Peace of Mind! I recently hired Advantage Pest Management for a pest issue at my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They scheduled a technician promptly and even provided a courtesy reminder before the…
Advantage is the standard setter for the rest of our service vendors. Weylin does an amazing job of understanding what problems we have around our house, and proactively addresses them each year before they return. Highly, highly recommend Advantage.
Helpful and knowledgeable. Major companies were trying to fish for a bigger invoice while advantage was honest and up front about the severity of our problem.
Abel was great! I’ve been using Advantage Pest Management for years. They are the best.
Great experience!
Honestly this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a local business. I use them every year multiple times a year and every time the job is DONE. I live in an area that brings black widows back every year and advantage pest management always fits me in a very realistic time frame and solves the issue.…
I've been a customer of Jim's for years. Great service, friendly and professional. I haven't seen a bug or mouse since he started taking care of the house. He's reliable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend his service.

I have had several different services over the year and I find Advantage Pest to be awesome. Jim and his team have taken great care of my property and my family for over 5 years. We are very pleased with the service that we received from this company. Always friendly and professional. They did follow up visits until our problem was resolved and we are so happy that our house is not being shared with mice anymore. THANK YOU !!
Jim is super responsive and professional. I look forward to completely irradiating an out of control rodent problem that I inherited. Thank you so much, Jim!!
Jimmy and his team are fantastic! I scheduled a couple weeks out and he gave me an exact time of when he would arrive so I didn't have to deal with the "anytime between 8am to 5pm" nonsense. He was very professional and honest with his recommendations. I would highly recommend him and his team to other folks in the area!
We worked directly with the owner, who was very responsive and was able to come inspect our home on short notice (and arrived on time, when he said he would!). He was super reasonable, and gave us realistic advice. We feel confident we should be able to solve our problem for good if we follow his instructions, but…
We have used all the major and a few of the minor pest control companies through the years. We had a Box Elder infestation in one of our buildings. When I say infestation that could be mild. We lost several tenants because of bugs. Although mostly harmless, that's why they are called pests. All the other…
I had a great experience with Advantage Pest Management. They were quick to respond to my request for service, explained what the service would be, scheduled quickly and arrived on time. They were professional and performed good work.
Jim was awesome! Very happy with his services. We are thankful to not have to worry about critters anymore!
We had a rodent issue at a rental property. Advantage Pest Management was able to quickly and professionally take care of the issue. The communication throughout the process was excellent! They even let me know when they were on the way. The post service report was informative and helped me fully understand the issues. Highly recommended!
Jim has been providing pest control for me for several years after a serious mouse infestation occurred in my home. He quickly resolved the issue and has performed regular maintenance since then to ensure they've stayed away. He also helped when we had a black widow sighting in the backyard. I've found Jim to be…
Jim is very professional and has helped manage our rodent problem - he doesn't try to 'upsell' me, but just provides the exact service we need to keep the mice out of our house with quarterly check-ins to make sure all is well. Highly recommend!
We have been using Advantage Pest Management for over five years now and they have always been efficient, on time, effective, and friendly to work with. Highly recommend!
I was looking to support a local small business for our extermination needs and I'm so happy I found Jim. He contacted me right away with a quote and came out quickly to help us with the mouse problem in our office. I would definitely recommend him!
They were really great about educating us on what they were doing and the access of how the mice got into our house. Very friendly, and kept their promises. Would definitely use them again!
Jim has serviced our property monthly for several years and always been easy to work with. He is always professional, and has always done a great job for us. Could not recommend them more highly for your needs.
