Customers frequently cite fast response times, often arriving within fifteen to thirty minutes, along with professional and courteous staff. Pricing is generally described as reasonable, and the company handles various requests including roadside assistance, ditch extractions, and vehicle transport. One recurring criticism involves a delayed arrival and last-minute service cancellation without explanation, where subsequent attempts to reach the business for clarification went unanswered.

Exceptional service they came to my vehicle twice and were professional kind patient and super efficient! Five stars for certain! Thanks again Kyle
Amazing staff! The driver of the tow truck had to wait one hour for us because my car was supposed to be unlocked (in the Scheels parking lot) , but my daughter locked it and took the key with her! We held the driver up for one hour, putting him behind schedule, while we located the key and drove from Green Bay…

I was just on vacation driving through…
Very good and diligent driver. Good follow-up on the part of the owner as well. Would use them again if the need arises.

Thankfully I was in a motel parking lot but the tow driver was very respectful and helpful even assisting me in getting into the cab to drive to the nearest repair shop. I was just on vacation driving through headed toward Milwaukee but made a 3 day pit stop in the Green Bay Area with my car. I would highly recommend Advantage Towing if you ever need emergency assistance. Very thankful for all their help getting my car towed so efficiently.
