AE Towing

Preston was great to work with in getting our car towed. He went above and beyond in all aspects!

I have a broken down truck I needed to get transferred to a flatbed to get towed to Boise. Any offered to assist at a $250 rate with a possibility of needing two trucks. Also, this was happening in the own yard on their own lock, there’s no travel talk about a rip off.

Thank you so much, Ryan! You were absolutely outstanding. What started as a stressful tow from Creswell to Coos Bay turned into a much more positive experience because of your kindness and compassion. You took the time to talk with us, made us feel at ease, and truly helped calm a very stressed family during a… Read full review

Helpful and compassionate dispatcher and very capable and friendly towtruck driver! I really appreciated their help and the driver made what felt like an impossible task seem easy and fast. Really grateful when I needed a middle of the night tow and a ride home. Thanks Trevor and John!

Mannie was a professional and quickly assisted with towing my vehicle. He offered duct tape to me when I mentioned I needed to tape up my windows and cover them from rain. I needed a lift back home, and felt safe riding alone with him. Highly recommend!

My pick up broke down near Lowell. Insurance company uses AE towing. I was impressed. They kept me informed of ETA, checked to see if the driver arrived, checked to see if the truck was towed to the right garage, and checked on the driver. Responsive and professional. Scott, the driver, was great. Highly recommend

My car was damaged by a hit and run driver and when I got to my car it was undriveable. AE Towing was sent out by the collison shop I called. They were prompt, polite and very professional. I really appreciated their service.

Great service

We had such wonderful service from Brett at AE Towing when our car wouldn’t start due to a recall issue. The time, hard work and care that he put into towing our car safely made a stressful situation a little lighter. He was professional, kind, answered all of our questions and took excellent care of our car. I highly recommend Brett and AE Towing!

The tech was very nice, patient and understanding. I had a lot of stress and anxiety about the entire situation because I don't know anything about engines and all that. I am very grateful to him.

Picked me and my vehicle up, then took us home without issue.

My driver was polite and very efficient

Great service, had an emergency that needed priority and they came super quick. Highly recommend

Our dead Tesla EV was towed from Sutherlin to Salem by your driver Jared. He was very professional and pleasant. Charges cover by Tesla, so I do not know cost.

Arrived just in time, as the County Parking girl was just about to call to get our vehicle towed. Fast service. 5 minutes later and it would have been too late. Most appreciated.

Kind and professional tower.

These guys were very solid today. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance (I needed a tow), they got in touch with AE, I was told it would be "up to 60 minutes" but Brett was there in about 15. He was friendly but also very professional - my car (an NA Miata) is lowered and required a flatbed. I was… Read full review

If ever needing a tow again, I will definitely call AE Towing, specifically Raul. He was very professional from start to finish. He waited for us sisters to figure out the best solution and reassured us we’d be fine. His truck was very clean, made sure the cab was comfortable for the ride home and was a delight to… Read full review

Quality and timely service, with friendly driver and a clean cab to ride in.

The driver was great, friendly, and quick!

Fast and attentive. These guys always rock.

Not impressed guy had me pushing buttons and running levers and then when I asked him to put my truck facing east so I could get to the broken part he told me no

Very pleasant and experienced driver. Would highly recommend.

Quick and precise. A professional company

AE towing was nothing but professional!!! They had the Equipment necessary to do the job!!! After several other tow companies coming and not being able to tow because they didn’t have the right equipment!!

Towing: Service was excellent from first call to confirm request to the driver who picked up the vehicle. Pick up was a disabled Tesla, in a yard parking area off an alley. The Tow truck driver was professional, maneuvered the tow truck easily in a tight alley. This was part of a warranty service issue. Don’t know the price so will answer Not sure.

Great service. Very quick and professional.

Fast, helpful service. Clear in their timeline and communication for arrival.

I had broken down and I had absolutely the most kind and well handled business around. I thank you and would give you a five out of five stars. It's nice to have good quality people come take care of me. Thanks again. I am sorry

Extremely satisfied with service. Raul arrived on time, was extremely courteous, helpful and very professional. Got me to my destination without a problem, I highly recommend him and AE Towing! Thank you!

Driver was polite and quick.

They were very kind and considerate when I called. They arrived quickly. Excellent service.

He got there very fast within thirty minutes. He was kind courtesy and very professional.

Amazing! They showed up twenty minutes earlier than scheduled, and treating my car like it was a precious thing looked like second nature to the tow guy. I was so impressed. They made a stressful breakdown miles from home feel like a pleasant side trip. I will never use any other tow company.

Quick response, professional and very friendly. Shout out to Zach for rescuing me on a busy Friday night

Quick response time after I was stuck waiting on the side of the road for a competitor to pick me up for hours. Would've just called AE first had I known.

Nice professional driver.

The driver was knowledgeable and impressed my husband with his experience, my husband was a tow truck driver back in the day so it's hard to impress him.

Highly recommend. As soon as he got there , he made sure to get me situated in his truck and the truck was warm and had heated seats which I was especially great with below freezing temps.

Kind and courteous

These guys were super fast, efficient and nice on to of that! I hope I don’t need another tow but if I do I will definitely call again.

Mike texted to let me know what time he would arrive and he was right on time with his tow truck. He was professional and polite so I felt safe giving him the key to my car. He worked carefully but quickly in loading my car and towing it to the garage. I was very pleased with the service and will gladly recommend them to others.

I’m so thankful for A&E towing! They were very quick and efficient and made the process a lot less stressful!

It was very calming and helpful in a stressful situation for me. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Had our car towed from our home. Scheduled the appointment through our insurance. They showed up exactly when they were scheduled. Took maybe 10 minutes to get on the truck. Would highly recommend.

The man who helped us was so kind and quick, considering the early hour of 6 am. We were freaking out and he shows up and said it’s ok, we love to help & we will help you. He is great and I wish we could know his name to thank him personally.

The tow truck driver was very helpful getting my car hooked up and taken to my mechanic. He was prompt nice and very friendly.

I had to be towed from coos bay to Salem. The tow company and the driver were communicative and kept me apprised of when they would be arriving and the driver even called about 10 minutes before arrival so I would be ready. The driver was polite and professional. Thank you.

On time friendly

The gentleman who helped us out was so very kind. We are so grateful fir his help.

Good tow service. They arrived on time… knew what they were doing. My vehicle which is 100% electric has no spare tire. Also one can’t really tow it the normal way. All was taken care of, including a ride to the dealer. Thanks

Operator was quick, friendly, and had a great attitude.

Quick response time, friendly and efficient.

I hit a median and bent the rims on two tires. I was 65 miles from home with my two boys. Exhausted and stressed but my driver was so great. He towed the vehicle, mad room for us to ride along and dropped me at my house after. I was so relieved that it was all taken care of so quickly. Thank you so much!

I had to get my car towed on Thanksgiving. I was prepared to wait hours when in fact, it took less than 30 minutes for them to get to my car. Technician was nice pleasant and efficient. I felt my car was in good hands.

Got a tow. Super careful with my car, fast response time, friendly service!

Great experience and showed up in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone.

Quick arrival through insurance. They called to let me know an approximate time for arrival. Driver called 20 min out. Nice guy, he loaded my car quickly and his truck was clean. Rode with him to the shop. Quick unload.

I can't remember her name but the Tow truck operator they sent really made a lousy situation (car accident) a little easier for me to deal with. Highly recommend!!

Everyone made me experience excellent. I am so appreciative for their kindness and how smooth the towing process was.

These people are in cahoots with Willamette Gardens apartments and probably others! My car was towed from my apartments without any notice because they couldn't see my parking pass on my dashboard! Do not understand how the office authorized or allowed this without checking who's car it is and calling them...Then… Read full review

The person that came to tow my vehicle was great, but the office person I talked with was very unpleasant and condescending… The over all wait time was shameful. I waited all afternoon for my tow and at about 5:30 I called to let them know the place I was having it towed to was closed and we would have to do it in the morning.

Kept in contact as much as they could, turned out I didn’t need them and it was easy to cancel

Great communication and very friendly! Would highly recommend if you need help 😊

Well done. Very careful. Accommodating!

Great service and super friendly. Would 100/10 ask them to tow me again

Very fast, responsible with my vehicle. Beau was very nice and quick. Highly recommend.

Great communication and professional service. Can't thank them enough!

AE was fantastic. My call was answered with professionalism & then communicatied proactively throughout. They showed up when they said they would and got our car to the shop first thing in the morning so work could begin when they opened. We needed an easy button. Thank you for making towing our car so easy.

Very professional and fast. The gentlemen I spoke with were both very kind and incredibly patient with me and helpful. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

Good service!

Reasonable time arriving, very knowledgeable gentleman, very efficient, polite, friendly. Would give him a 10.

Very nice personal interaction, and even though the car was parked in an inconvenient spot they managed to still get it on the truck!

Nicest tow company I have ever had to use. Highly recommend to anyone. Made me feel comfortable ans communication was hands down the best.

Awesome service, driver came quickly and neighbors kids got a good show watching a huge tow truck lol

On time and very thorough!

AE Towing did a great job when my rental car stopped working. It was a challenge getting the vehicle out of the parking space it was in because it was a hybrid & wouldn’t shift out of park. It took 2 tow trucks and a lot of work but the drivers got it done. Would recommend AE for anyone needing a tow!

AE Towing was awesome - called me within 10 minutes of me filling out the request with my insurance provider on the easy online tool. Said it would take 30-60 minutes for the truck to arrive, but the driver, Brett, called me about 10 minutes later and was already on his way! The overall load up took about 20 minutes… Read full review

I think my tower’s name was Jared? Total pro. Cool under pressure in a very tense situation getting my rig out of a vineyard. Well done A&E.

Really not sure what to post. The last time I tried to use this place and use insurance I was told I had to pay for the service first and then get paid back by insurance. This time insurance called them and they towed without me paying out of pocket. So really if I had to choose I don't think I would use this… Read full review

I wasn't there for the tow, but as far as I know, my car got from point A to point B without incident and in a timely manner.

AE towing was contracted by Geico's road side assistance to tow my car after a breakdown. I was initially sent a message saying they would be there in an hour. That hour came and went and I was sent another message that said it was moved to 2 hours. They eventually showed up after 2.5 hours. On our way to the… Read full review

Very helpful and was able to perfectly navigate long winding driveway for vehicle recovery

My car’s engine blowed out all oil because I did not cap it well. It’s stuck at 9:40am. So I called the towing. About 11:00am the tow truck came. The driver was really friendly. I’d say it is very fast to get the service. Thank you.

Thank you AE towing!

Jared at AE was fantastic! Great communication around ETA and in person, on-site. He was willing to attempt to unload my 2025 Rivian R1S off the flatbed and in to my driveway but this proved impossible due to the geometry of things. He was then able to unload it successfully along our curb on the street. The R1S… Read full review

Great service! Very nice and accommodating driver too. Price was too high, though, but that’s a sad reality these days.
