Sadly, zero stars is not an option. Over 2.5 years ago our eldest child left their car at Kendall. Kendall never called us. We were under the impression a local auto wreckimg yard had picked it up because we never heard anything. We had made arrangements with them to come get the car. Six months after we thought the car was gone it was towed. 2.5 years later, we receive a giant lbill from a collection agency. In between when we left that car and it was towed and this day, we heard nothing. I called A&E and the incredibly rude person who answered the phone told me they sent a certified letter. I do not recall ever signing for that. I am 100% sure I would have taken action if I did. I used to spend my days in a wrecking yard and I know how these things work. I asked for proof. She refused and said they don’t have to provide any proof and I said then how do you know that I received it and she said they would’ve received the letter back had I not. And I said great you should’ve received a signature back that I got it and she once again said they don’t have to prove anything to me. They stored the car for 30 days and then sold it for $500. And they still want over $3000 from me. I don’t understand how during the last 2.5 years absolutely no contact was made with me to attempt to collect this debt. Not one letter, not one phone call. Paid for the damage to my vehicle but it was because of improper technique on the driver's part to begin with and resulted with me not having my vehicle for a day.. At least they owned up to it and covered the repairs but I would *really* teach your drivers the trick about not tightening lugnuts down right away…

I have a broken down truck I needed to get transferred to a flatbed to get towed to Boise. Any offered to assist at a $250 rate with a possibility of needing two trucks. Also, this was happening in the own yard on their own lock, there’s no travel talk about a rip off.

The experience I had with my driver I will never forget. When the driver got there he was extremely kind and went straight into introducing himself and shook my hand. I thought he was getting keys from me so I was thrilled that someone would take the second to actual greet and introduce themselves now a days. I work at the ER Vet and just got off a 13 hour shift. To get out to my car not working it was extremely upsetting and I just wanted to go home. He got there and set up so quick. He knew what he was doing and made sure I knew everything was handled and taken care of. He offered a ride but I just walked home cause it was a short distance. Once he got my car home he was extremely kind and totally ok with my kiddos watching him unhook my car. He took good care of it and was just overall respectful and understanding of the unfortunate situation I was in. Truly the best customer service I have had in a long time. My kiddos made cookies and we sent him home with some! His name started with a T and I wish I recalled it. But truly very thankful for him.
