their front desk was very sweet when we came in to get my totaled car out of the impound. Everyone was nice & professional, and my partner showed me a very thorough set of pictures taken by the towing company.

The person who towed it for me did it without me having to be there and was super friendly. When he towed it to the Hotel where I was at he parked it perfectly as well. It only took about half an hour for the tow truck to arrive, and we quickly got underway. The cab was comfortable and the AC was a nice change from the hot day where I was stuck with a broken car.
