I had to be towed from coos bay to Salem. The tow company and the driver were communicative and kept me apprised of when they would be arriving and the driver even called about 10 minutes before arrival so I would be ready. The driver was polite and professional. Thank you.

Between the dispatch to the driver that came out to help, it was a very positive and professional experience. The truck was to me within 30 minutes and the whole ordeal (even with it be dropped at a dealership) only took about an hour. I am very impressed and will recommend them anytime.

I have a 4x4 conversion van that had a dead battery and was stuck in park. A&E towing had to drop the drive shaft. They did a good job towing it to the MB dealer without damage.
