By far the worst experience I have ever had with a tow yard. The level of disrespect and lack of cooperation. The owner and managing staff should should be removed from the osp authorized list. They refused to negotiate price differences with a tow and held my vehicle changing requirements for releasing it untill…
Devin was very friendly and helpful. Got everything taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Was very pleased.
These guys were very solid today. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance (I needed a tow), they got in touch with AE, I was told it would be "up to 60 minutes" but Brett was there in about 15. He was friendly but also very professional - my car (an NA Miata) is lowered and required a flatbed. I was…
Provided great service and quick problem solving given all the issues my vehicle presented. Despite the unfortunate incident they worked quickly and helped get me back to the dealership asap.
Quick response, professional and very friendly. Shout out to Zach for rescuing me on a busy Friday night
I had to be towed from coos bay to Salem. The tow company and the driver were communicative and kept me apprised of when they would be arriving and the driver even called about 10 minutes before arrival so I would be ready. The driver was polite and professional. Thank you.
Great price, very helpful, went back to get a flat bed to make sure the boogie van was safe, friendly and communicative.
Very professional, excellent communication, great service. Took extra care with my vehicle, everything was secured and documented, very thorough. Would recommend to anyone in their service area.
The service was amazing! They called on time, texted when they were 10 minutes out! The driver was friendly, knowledgeable! Great job
A&E was chosen by the warranty company of my nearly-new all-electric vehicle. They responded faster than expected and while they started with the wrong type of vehicle for the job, they rectified it and towed the vehicle to the dealer. Nice and communicative people that understood some timeframe issues and…
AE Towing has come to the rescue twice for our 34' Monaco Dynasty Class A Motorhome. Coachnet arranged the tow each time, but the 2nd time we actually requested AE Towing if another closer vendor couldn't be arranged. Our luck, AE was available both times! 1st tow was on a Sunday evening and 86 miles and 2nd tow on…
Showed up earlier than expected. Friendly and helpful driver
I was stuck on the I-5 ,stalked in the dark, alone with my puppy. I called and the man who took my call was so calm, and comforting. He quickly got me to small down. I wish I remembered his name. He was exactly the person you want on the other end of the line when you're in such a terrifying situation. Then the tow…
Shot out to Shane! This was our second scheduled tow company through the insurance company. Shane dealed with the insurance company who only requested a tow for our truck (wich included a travel trailer). Thanks Shane for getting the insurance company straightened out! You were very professional, kind, and…
Between the dispatch to the driver that came out to help, it was a very positive and professional experience. The truck was to me within 30 minutes and the whole ordeal (even with it be dropped at a dealership) only took about an hour. I am very impressed and will recommend them anytime.
I have a 4x4 conversion van that had a dead battery and was stuck in park. A&E towing had to drop the drive shaft. They did a good job towing it to the MB dealer without damage.
Excellent service. Thank you.
Best customer service ever! Thank you
Very prompt service, super good communication, nice people to deal with
These guys are top notch! Devon really knows his stuff!
Our driver was so awesome. He worked through difficult circumstances with a great attitude. Hauled a 3500 with a camper like a pro. Super nice guy and he was available on short notice. I'm going to use this company again when I get my transmission fixed. Highly recommend. I can't say anything negative about the service I got.
AE responded quickly, the driver knew what he was doing to take care with my 1982 Wanderlodge Bluebird Bus. I was very pleased with the service and their reasonable fee. I highly recommend this company if you need their services.
Jared at AE was fantastic! Great communication around ETA and in person, on-site. He was willing to attempt to unload my 2025 Rivian R1S off the flatbed and in to my driveway but this proved impossible due to the geometry of things. He was then able to unload it successfully along our curb on the street. The R1S…
Saved the day!
Absolutely fantastic my driver was amazing. Thank you so much.
Awesome driver very helpful
I am so grateful for our tow truck driver Dan! He went above and beyond to help me get our wrecked 63 VW transporter into the garage so it is safe. He was not only kind and empathetic he was super knowledgeable and a creative problem solver. Thank you!!!!!
Corey was fabulous! Professional and courteous. It was handled quickly with no issues. Thank you!
Scott who towed our Ford F250 was awesome! Thank you so much for all your help!
Excellent communication, let me know when they would arrive and after they made delivery to the shop.
This Young man showed up. Took a video of my car. Told me How he was going to tow it. Done. 5... maybe 6...7 minutes. Piece of cake.
Great service, these guys got my car out of a tight spot and safely to the auto shop for repair. Highly recommend!
I have a 1997 burgundy Cadillac DeVille thatis lowered and sittin on Tru 144 spoke wire wheels, which is cool and all but can be a tow truck drivers nightmare! And unfortunately, I have had my Caddy towed a good handful of times and I just wanted to say that the gentlemen that showed up with the flatbed last night…
AE Towing did a great job. Great service. They went the extra mile. I most definitely recommend them.
Prompt and friendly
The tow truck driver showed up ast the time he stated. My car was too low to put on a flatbed. Another tow truck driver came to assist and "jumped" the battery which got thr car running again. No tow was needed after that and I made it to the Chevrolet dealership.
They were promot and courteous went out of there way to help me.
Excellent service and treated my 911 with white gloves. Thank you!
Scott got here in time and very polite.
Very prompt, professional, and friendly. I have used them before and if I need them again, I won't hesitate to call. I would absolutely recommend them.
