I used my OnStar roadside assistance and within 10 minutes had a call back from A&E letting my know they were sending someone out with an eta of about 60-90 minutes. Jared arrived around 60 min after and was very friendly and efficient.

Called my insurance and was told to wait for up to 2 hours to get a flat fixed. These guys showed up like 40 mins later and helped me out with everything, really polite and gave me some tips on getting tires. Overall a pretty good experience for what was not the best day.

I had to have a tire changed and taken off, and since it was frozen to the hub. Long story short, had Roadside assistance use AE Towing and the driver, Chris came out and got the tire off, put the donut on, and aired up the donut, and was done. Maybe all of 15 minutes if that.
