AE Towing

Punctual, professional and expertise!

Fast and polite roadside service

I used my OnStar roadside assistance and within 10 minutes had a call back from A&E letting my know they were sending someone out with an eta of about 60-90 minutes. Jared arrived around 60 min after and was very friendly and efficient.

Very good, prompt service in changing my tire. Driver was courteous and efficient

Called my insurance and was told to wait for up to 2 hours to get a flat fixed. These guys showed up like 40 mins later and helped me out with everything, really polite and gave me some tips on getting tires. Overall a pretty good experience for what was not the best day.

They were prompt and James was super nice!!! He put air in my tire and I was in my way!!

I had to have a tire changed and taken off, and since it was frozen to the hub. Long story short, had Roadside assistance use AE Towing and the driver, Chris came out and got the tire off, put the donut on, and aired up the donut, and was done. Maybe all of 15 minutes if that. So thank you to Chris and AE Towing for… Read full review

I tried to change a flat on my new car but could not loosen the lug nuts at all. After trying in the freezing wind and my kids trying as well, I decided to use my Ford Pass roadside assistance. They showed up and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Never had to call them they kept in touch. The rep came out was very professional and got us back on the road

Worst service ever! They did not do it correctly and are way too pricey! I had to go to another place because they don’t know what they are doing. If you want to waste your money and time- go here.

So fast! They saved us after a flat tire at the airport within 30 min of us calling.

They were fast and very helpful.

You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and strive to provide excellent service. Helpful and knowledgeable, with A+ attitude! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

We had a 5th tire blow out on the freeway. They came to our rescue, changed the tire and had us back on our way. Thank you!!

AE is great. I’ve used them twice, both through my insurance roadside assistance. Service was timely, professional, helpful, and the man who helped me (both times actually) told me what was going on and didn’t make me feel like an idiot! Will be calling them again!!

Just needed a jack, they were super cool

Great service, communication, and fast service. Thank you!
