Fast and polite roadside service
I used my OnStar roadside assistance and within 10 minutes had a call back from A&E letting my know they were sending someone out with an eta of about 60-90 minutes. Jared arrived around 60 min after and was very friendly and efficient.

Called my insurance and was told to wait for up to 2 hours to get a flat fixed. These guys showed up like 40 mins later and helped me out with everything, really polite and gave me some tips on getting tires. Overall a pretty good experience for what was not the best day.

Couldn’t change my tire due to recent surgery. Called roadside through insurance and was told it would be about 1-1.5 hr wait. Got the text that AE was dispatched. With 20 minutes, I talked to dispatch and the driver who would help me. Another 10 minutes and Chris arrives to help. Super cool dude, quick service. 10/10 would call again.

Worst service ever! They did not do it correctly and are way too pricey! I had to go to another place because they don’t know what they are doing. If you want to waste your money and time- go here.

Arrived quickly, and was extremely professional.
They first came with a truck too large to enter the parking structure I was parked in, so they arranged for a smaller truck. Once they came with the right truck, they took great care and got my car safely to Les Schwab where my wheel got replaced. They were courteous and pleasant in my hour of stress and frustration.
The driver was amazing, he even looked up flat repair for me.
