Hugo is great! He is so thorough and really wants to help. I start noticing spiders in the house this time of year ! And after Hugo sprays the house I don't see live ones anymore!
Great job
I like supporting local companies especially for home maintenance. It's like getting help from a neighbor. Family owned and personal, no nonsense, no up selling or drama of extra fees or contracts to sign to get rid of some nuisance sidewalk ants. No automatic subscription or monthly fees - you pay for semi annual…
The technician was excellent
Brendon does a very thorough job....very professional. He also has a very good personality and interacts well.
AEREX has been my go-to for pest control over the past few years. Their broad scope of services, responsiveness, and professionalism is why I continue to use them. I recently called them to treat two in-ground wasp nests. They came out within a couple days, treated the nests and then walked my property to ensure I…
I have used Aerex for over 30 years. The service men are polite, informative, usually have a great sense of humor, and they are very neat. They use a pet/child safe product which is awesome as my dog follows them around the house and the cat is always hiding behind some piece of furniture - they look prior to…
Aerex is always very responsive and get the job done. They don't just apply pet safe spray, they also really know bugs and their behaviors. We've used them for about 20 years. We've never been disappointed.

The technician was great to deal with. Thorough and communicative.
I recently moved into a new (to me) home and noticed a few ants and some spiders in my basement. I called Aerex and they were able to schedule me later in the same week. Mark was great, extremely knowledgeable, and overall an awesome person. He took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated…

I have really enjoyed the technicians who are efficient and share knowledge about pest control. Glen was prompt and especially helpful today 6.17.26.
Steve was GREAT 👍!!!
On time (a little early, in fact)! He was friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly. He answered all my questions.
I thought the visit included spraying around the perimeter? It couldn't be done in november due to the weather conditions, but it was a very clear day on my appointment day. This wasn't done. He was in a hurry to leave. He wouldn't have even done the garage, had, I not reminded him to do so. I also thought that Hugo…
The tech was very courteous and professional upon arrival.
Steve is the best! We use AEREX every year, and are very pleased with their service AND their people.

I have used Aerex for more than 28 years and have always been satisfied. Tim demonstrated that he was an expert when it comes to pest control. He went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had. Tim was very thorough which I greatly appreciated. He arrived on time and definitely enjoys his job. It's great…
Very professional and answered all my questions.
Happy to say that Steve Moynihan fits nicely into Tony Owens shoes and I really didn't think that could happen. Steve is thorough, professional and friendly. Hoping Steve is our new Tony Owens.
Hugo has been our technician for many years and he is truly the best! He takes pride in his work and educates his customers on how best to take care of their homes!
I called a few places and liked what aerex had to say. They said they could take care of the issue by spraying when the other two wanted to bomb the house. We have pets so didn’t want to bomb and liked everything aerex had to say. They will do treatments every 6 months with a 30 day guarantee after the first spray.…
