The Aerex technician was courteous and helpful, answering all of our concerns about possible uninvited pests during the winter season.
We had an ant problem for a long time. I kept treating it with Terro but it never went away. It would only pop up again in another location. Tim from Aerex came and within a couple days, the ants were gone! It was a one time application.
