AEREX has been my go-to for pest control over the past few years. Their broad scope of services, responsiveness, and professionalism is why I continue to use them. Mike wasn’t told that this was an emergency appointment because of mice. He came to do our semiannual treatment. He did both applications with very helpful explanations and guidance for us
He seems knowledgeable I will give more stars nothing to do with him or the service I know the company will come back and resolve the issue it’s my first experience dealing with wasps so he told me he may have to come back wait and see I will update once the issue has been resolved
Steve as always did a great job!! He is extremely thorough! Thank you!!
Collin the tech was really good and very hard working, but he was not able to solve our wasp problem. We have just as many wasp by our front door as we did before ( although many were dead by the entry sight. Seems his smoking device was malfunctioning and he did not have a second device. He definitely needs to come back and finish the job
Job was done carefully and swiftly
Have had Aerex for over 30 years. Always a positive experience.
Easy to set up an appointment, very reasonably priced. Did a thorough job.
Great job. Arrived on time. I feel confident the situation is resolved.
These guys are honest and their preventative sprays work. Re-reviewing to say that they are still at it. An re-reviewing again to add that their wasp and hornet spray works too.
Hugo is great. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
Serviceman showed on time and was thorough. He answered my questions and gave clear explanations.
Fantastic extermination services by Aerex Pest Control, as aIways.
This is the second time we sought assistance from Aerex Pest Control to remove a wasps/hornets nest. He adhered to our request for punctuality and…

Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing prompt and professional pest control service.
I hired Aerex to remove what turned out to be three paper wasp nests on top of my second floor window pane. Chris Lee came within the expected time frame of 8AM -> 12noon on Thursday 6/18/26. Using a dust coated web brush he effectively removed the 3 nests and applied treatment to the exterior foundation eaves and…

I use Aerex for many of the condo buildings I manage. They are fairly priced, the office is quick at responding to requests, and technicians are punctual. All the techs are knowledgeable and I trust them to service buildings without supervision from management. I highly recommend Aerex for multi-unit residential buildings.
Knowledgeable and courteous professionals
I’ve been a customer of Aerex for 20+ years, having initially brought them to get rid of ants. They handled the ants and ever since I’ve had Aerex do semiannual indoor sprays and semiannual external foundation sprays. And I’ve not had any pest problems since! They (Marcus- he’s great) were out today for my indoor…
We were refered to Aerex by a friend 37 years ago when we moved into our North Suburban home. That's when we met Wally. He's been servicing our home ever since. Their products work well, the office is friendly and Wally has become our friend. I wrote the above statement about a year ago (February 2025). It's all…

We’ve used Aerex Pest Control for the outside of our home for 7 years now and have always been happy with their service. They also have good communication with the customer.
Service was performed as planned to perfection. Extremely thorough covering entire house and basement treating ants! Very good at what they do. The technician discovered a wasp nest high on house and destroyed it!
Highly recommend! Our building had a couple of issues initially, and we now use them regularly preventively. We recently had a wasp issue that turned out to be significant, and they patiently worked with us to resolve the issue safely and professionally. They are professionals you can trust.
Steve showed up right on time and quickly got to work and was very professional and friendly. 10 out of 10.
The person that showed up has been here helping me for the last five years. His name is Steve and he is very professional and make sure that he comes and knocks on the door so that we know he is in our yard. We have had the same technician for five years and the service of this company is incredible. They always…
Always an amazing service team. The staff that handles the appts and billing are great as well!
Technician was clean and quick, making sure to address our issue (providing detailed photos of the work done and even that they used materials in the ladder to assist). Great experience and I will continue to use Aerex for pest control.
As always, everything went fine Eric‘s a good man
I had a bees nest under a bush in front of my house. I have roofers working right now and they found it. All the movement churned them up so they were everywhere. I called Aerex and explained and they sent someone over right away so no one gets stung. I couldn't ask for anything better. He put on his bee hood and…
We discovered there was a hive in one of our brick columns that supports our gate. We’ve used Aerex in the past and they were always reliable and good at what they do. This time was no exception. They came out within a day or so and successfully treated the column of swarming yellow jackets and encouraged us to…
Hugo did a great job getting rid of those yellow jackets!
I just checked outside. Now I do see any wasp. I was tole to wait a week and see if they came back.
They should ask if all windows abd doors have been closed first
We always have a positive experience with Aerex— they’ve been our “go to” for pest control for over 40 years. Wally is terrific

Bob is a definite asset to your company. He is thorough and always pleasant and on time.
Steve has been servicing our house for years. He is very knowledgeable about all the buggy things, and always has good advice. This time we showed Steve where some “critter” chewed or pecked a hole in the exterior of the house. He had good insight on what might have done it, and advice on how to deal with it. He is always super helpful and friendly
Tony Owen is our technician for many years.. He has helped us thru many issues - he is the best !
I have been using Arrex twice a year for almost 20 years. At the first sighting of a spider or ant I give them a call. Their workers are nice and efficient people. I am very happy with them.

Aerex & their technicians are great. They listen to needs and answer all my questions.
Technician Matthew was excellent. Went over and above to destroy a wasp nest in the outside wall of my stone house--including getting stung several times.
A persistent wasp infestation was difficult to contain. Two treatments were necessary to defeat them. A job well done!
