Arlington Hts - Prompt, Professional Expertise!
Very professional, in time, great costumer service. Everyone we ask a question, the technician answer it with temporal knowledge. Highly recommended to anyone looking for pest control needs, with professional who really know their stuff.
Hugo is great! He is so thorough and really wants to help. I start noticing spiders in the house this time of year ! And after Hugo sprays the house I don't see live ones anymore!
I like supporting local companies especially for home maintenance. It's like getting help from a neighbor. Family owned and personal, no nonsense, no up selling or drama of extra fees or contracts to sign to get rid of some nuisance sidewalk ants. No automatic subscription or monthly fees - you pay for semi annual…
Steve Moynihan was great as usual. Very thorough and answered all of my concerns.
Page seemed to be having a bad day as he was not as friendly as usual and had an issue with me reminding him that he needed to spray the foundation also. I did see a few sections missed but otherwise the service was good.

They did a great job, very friendly, honest, reliable, efficient, and do great work! We had an issue with carpenter ants and they effectively took care of it for us. We will definitely be loyal customers!
Aerex is always very responsive and get the job done. They don't just apply pet safe spray, they also really know bugs and their behaviors. We've used them for about 20 years. We've never been disappointed.
Friendly, on time and quick! Great customer service too.

I recently moved into a new (to me) home and noticed a few ants and some spiders in my basement. I called Aerex and they were able to schedule me later in the same week.
