I use Aerex for many of the condo buildings I manage. They are fairly priced, the office is quick at responding to requests, and technicians are punctual. All the techs are knowledgeable and I trust them to service buildings without supervision from management. I highly recommend Aerex for multi-unit residential buildings.

I have been a customer of Aerex for years, and have always had Wally take care of our house. He is detailed, careful to get at a problem/potential problematic areas, and is truly a kind person. I only ask for Wally; he is the best!
