Aerex pest control has been one of our best home investments for the past 30+ years. Their pricing is reasonable and service is excellent. The technician came and went almost unnoticed. It appears he did what was required.
Received notice of service in advance. Technician rang bell when he arrived to let me know he'd be spraying. Good communication. Service is completed. Not much more can be expected.

I have been with Aerex for many years and recommend them to everyone I know. Everyone who comes to my home, whether it be outside or inside, are professional and courteous. Anything I ask, they have an answer. I just love Aerex and the customer service when I call is great too!!!
We have been extremely happy with Aerex and the service they provide. They are always punctual, professional, and reliable. If they ever need to reschedule a visit—such as due to bad weather—they are considerate enough to call ahead and let us know. Most importantly, we have seen a significant improvement in our…
Great communication and arrived timely. Great service company. Must also praise the technician who was very polite and professional. This is the best pest control company out there!!!
No one showed for this service. This is the 2nd time it happened. We have cameras and we’re home. We called and are requiring a person to come and complete the service. This is a pattern. We have used for years and have been satisfied but this year is concerning.
They are great to work with and helpful.

Tony has been our guy since 1978, except when we lived downtown. He has always been prompt, neat and cheerful. He does your company proud. We will miss him.
We were refered to Aerex by a friend 37 years ago when we moved into our North Suburban home. That's when we met Wally. He's been servicing our home ever since. Their products work well, the office is friendly and Wally has become our friend. I wrote the above statement about a year ago (February 2025). It's all…
