Bryan and Charles came to do a maintenance check on my AC units. They were kind, professional and very informative! Saved me money signing up for a maintenance plan. Would recommend! I booked an appointment and they came next day.
Very satisfied with Aiden’s expertise and professionalism! Every interaction with the company has been excellent. They are easy to work with.
BRyan and Charles were very professional and did not try to hard sell us any service or equipment. nice to find a honest company to work with.
Bryan was very polite and explained everything in a clear and easy way to understand.
Really nice group. Two team members arrived, booties on shoes for inside work, very polite, did a solid job! Will do business with them in the future. Bryan and Charles were the gents that showed up, highly recommend.
We are very satisfied with the Trane Air Conditioner we purchased from ACA - operations costs lower and electricity is less. In addition we recently experienced a slowdown in airflow making it difficult to keep a cool temperature (who needs a cool temperature in Scottsdale?) 😊 Our Technician was Hunter and they…
Brian did an excellent job an was very informative on the status of our units.
ACA is always reliable and their techs provide excellent customer service! Hunter recently performed a a/c system check on my unit and was professional, kind and thorough. Highly recommend ACA!
Glenn was very efficient and courteous. We would recommend this company in the future.
Jake and J.C. performed our 6 month maintenance check and their thoroughness and attention to detail was impressive. Even more impressive was the summary of their findings and explanation of what they found which was detailed and clear. They exemplified excellent customer service.
I have been very happy with ACA. The technicians have all been very knowledgeable and friendly. My technicians today (March 19, 2026) were Bryan and Charles and they very patiently answered all my questions in an easily understood way. I highly recommend ACA.
I recently had the pleasure of having ACA out a few times to my home, to help me go through the process of replacing my AC system. From the initial service call, shoutout to Glen, to the quote visit with Bart, payment coordination with Samantha, and install with Phil, Corey, and Ivan… throughout the entire process…
Glenn did a great job. Very personable and knowledgeable. Thanks.
We had an issue with one of our systems. I sent a request in the evening and technicians were dispatched the next morning. Bryan and Charles diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and serviced the equipment. Excellent customer service.
Disappointed!!! The contractor is a costly one for sure. In addition, the representative looked inexperienced or deceptive. The estimate given was to refill 3.5 pounds of r22 ( for about $375 per pound way higher than the product itself). However, when it was time to refill, the requirement shot up to about 8…
Another great experience with AC of AZ. Phil came to my house and spent time thoroughly checking my systems with a big smile on his face. Phil is very knowledgeable and friendly.I highly recommend this company!
ACA is fantastic! They do a great job, very thorough and professional. I also find their pricing to be competitive and they do not try to upsell you. I highly recommend them.
We just had both of our AC units replaced and the service and workmanship from start to finish was exceptional! Phil and Erick were meticulous and all work was done on time and no mess to clean up! Hunter was our salesperson and there was no pressure to replace but very good and knowledgeable advice! Thank you to everyone at ACA!
Updating - once again AC of AZ was here on time to do my twice yearly maintenance. Phil was our technician today. I would give 15 out of 10 stars if I could. Thank you again. We have used this company before 2020!
Phil did an excellent job with my winter maintenance service. Thank you!
