Blake definitely went above and beyond to get our AC unit back on line quickly! Polite and clear explanations of everything during the process.
SUPER NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, FIX MY AC IN A FEW MINUTES AND WASN'T TRYING TO SELL ME ON ADDITIONAL STUFF.
Shawn did a great job fixing our issue. He was on time, courteous and professional.
Had Air Patrol come out today to do a check of my system based on something I saw around the house. I was able to make an appt very seamlessly and they showed up on time. Blake was extremely thorough with what needed to be done. Everything was explained and he included possible future items to pay attention to and…
Marcos was very professional in his appointment at my house. He was on time, thorough, took photos and videos and was able to explain things to me in a way I understood! I always have had the best service with Air Patrol - and Marcos continued to provide that! Thank you!
Air Patrol was great. I had a bad experience with my previous HVAC company, so Air Patrol was a breath of fresh air (excuse the pun). After contacting the office, the owner Shawn called me directly and met with me the next day as he patiently listened to all the HVAC issues I was having while giving me a quick…
Great service and extra effort, resolve surge protector error.
Let’s just say it’s 100° and I have a house full of company and the AC decided to die! I am immediately called Air Patrol and explained my situation to them… they were kind enough to work me in today at 3:30. Blake arrived before 330 and had the AC back working by 430! I can’t express how kind it was for them to fit…
Josiah and Blake communicated with me at all times in the issue with the clogged AC lines and worked to clear the line to drain properly. They provided preventive tips to maintain a clear line for the future . I have been a customer of Sean and Air Patrol for a number of years and he has always been fair and…
We have used Air Patrol for 20+ years. They have always gone out of their way to take care of us. We will not use anyone else. They are professional, responsive and the owner is the best.
I’ve been a customer of Air Patrol for over 20 years because every one of my experiences with Shawn or his staff has always been exceptional. In that time I’ve recommended Air Patrol countless times to friends and family so I’m certainly confident in recommending them publicly as well. You won’t find better.
You won't find better than Shawn and his team at Air Patrol. They are top of the line in every aspect.
Hvac went out Sunday. Called Monday. Repaired Wednesday. Tech was in and out in 20 minutes. Problem solved. Money well spent. This is the second time they have helped with my AC. When I'm ready to replace, they will be my first call.
Installed and maintained AC and Heating in our family for 8 years. Air Patrol does beautiful work and they stand behind their service and product. Never have to wait in the hot summer for service. Friendly and professional and always there when you need them. The owner, Shawn, obviously takes pride in his company…
Beto and Francisco were great, they showed up on time, made sure they figured out the root of the problem, fixed it quickly, and didn’t try to “up-sell” me on unnecessary items I didn’t need. I will use them in the future and recommend them without hesitation. Great job guys!
Beto fixed my AC unit and went above and beyond to make sure the problem wouldn’t happen again. My puppy chewed and broke one of the wiring for the unit so Beto not only replaced the wiring but also put a baracade so my puppy can’t get to it! Thank you so much Beto! I highly recommend this company!
We have been using air patrol for over 10 years now. Always honest, on time and quick to respond. Professional, trustworthy and fair service. Shawn is very personable, friendly, and ethical-he’s become like family to us, it’s always such a pleasure to see him. ☺️ He really cares about his customers….it’s not about…
We were looking for a good HVAC company for a long time before a neighbor recommended Air Patrol. Shawn and Blake are fantastic! They’ve done significant work for us and we always find their service to be honest, high-quality and punctual. They take time to explain the issue, provide options on how to fix and help…
I had several quotes and was very pleased with price and installation several years ago. I have them come out twice a year for maintenance and have had very few problems. The two times my AC was not working they were out the next day and had me back up and running.
Always professional, always reasonable and personable. They’ve replaced two a/c units at our previous home and just used them in our new home. Will always use them!
I give this company a rating of 5 stars out of a possible 5. They did a great job & didn't stop until all work was completed. They worked all day yesterday until early evening to make sure that our new a/c system was installed & running. The guys that were in our home were very polite & friendly. They also did a…
Sean is the ultimate professional....We have been dealing with him for years before we were in a position to purchaea a new A/C and Furnace. His install team was fantastic, and we were thrilled with the purchase. Great company! Sean and his team(Beto and Josiah) were fantastic during our A/C check up and repair…
Having seen several Service companies and techies over the years, I am not easily impressed and when I am, I place on record my sincere appreciation thru a honest review. Shawn's team installed both my A/C units in 2015 and they never failed till now. When one of them did and I reported, Shawn called me to assess so…
