Gregory arrived on time & completed the assigned task at hand along with follow up cleaning on exterior unit. Very kind, thorough & professional. Historical: We continue to be on a maintenance agreement since we contracted with Shawn (the owner) to completely remove 2 - 18 yr old HVAC units & all duct work & vents…
Got a new AC unit and furnace from Air Patrol for upstairs two months ago, and a unit and furnace for downstairs last year. And as they say, installation is everything. The owner, Shawn, came over both times and measured the area; specifically, the upstairs was very restricted in terms of airflow. He suggested and…
I have been a long time customer with Shawn and have replaced 6 HVAC systems with him over the years. Fantastic experience and great attention to detail. Highly recommended!
You won't find better than Shawn and his team at Air Patrol. They are top of the line in every aspect.
Amazing service and quality of product at a competitive price point. Loved the experience so much in one of my properties that I used them again couple years later for the next one. Still the same excellent service and timeliness compared to bigger players. And that too in the middle of this brutally hot Texas summer. Thank you Shawn & team!!
So impressed with these guys. Their actual owner, Shawn, comes out to review your house. I had already had 4 other HVAC companies out who basically just quoted what I asked for, but I am not an HVAC expert and don't know what I don't know. Shawn took the time to inspect my entire house, explain what could improve my…
The office in my home has always been stuffy, very little air flow even with two ducts. Before Air Patrol, another company came out and suggested I add a fan to the duct for a very high price. I got a second opinion from Shawn at Air Patrol and am very glad I did. It turns out that three of my ducts were undersized…
The Air Patrol Technicians dismantled the existing old and damaged air ducts etc. in my single family residence and then installed new air ducts etc. in their place. The entire work took 3 days. The technicians were very professional. They also cleaned up the place before leaving. Thank you for doing a great job.
Air Patrol is very reliable and very consistent with Heating /Cooling. They put new systems in my house and continue come back twice a year for maintenance. They do an amazing job !
I had 3 different contractors evaluate my HVAC system. Air Patrol was far and away the best. Shawn spent the time necessary to fully evaluate my needs and the best way to address difficulties associated with a prior installation. Ramon and Yorman were efficient and professional, and spent the time necessary to…
Just had our semi-annual service check. These guys are the best. They have met all my HVAC needs for over 15 years now. Replaced units when needed and have been great partners to keep my family and home comfortable! Beto and Joseph are great techs. very professional and knowledgeable.
