Gregory arrived on time & completed the assigned task at hand along with follow up cleaning on exterior unit. Very kind, thorough & professional. Historical: We continue to be on a maintenance agreement since we contracted with Shawn (the owner) to completely remove 2 - 18 yr old HVAC units & all duct work & vents…
Got a new AC unit and furnace from Air Patrol for upstairs two months ago, and a unit and furnace for downstairs last year. And as they say, installation is everything. The owner, Shawn, came over both times and measured the area; specifically, the upstairs was very restricted in terms of airflow. He suggested and…
Marcos came to our home yesterday and spent over 3 hours almost 4 trouble shooting an installation from a different company from 1 year ago. I have had a total of four other companies come to help figure out what went wrong and none spent more than 30 minutes and trying to hard sell me things that furthered the…
I have been a long time customer with Shawn and have replaced 6 HVAC systems with him over the years. Fantastic experience and great attention to detail. Highly recommended!
I’ve been a customer of Air Patrol for over 20 years because every one of my experiences with Shawn or his staff has always been exceptional. In that time I’ve recommended Air Patrol countless times to friends and family so I’m certainly confident in recommending them publicly as well. You won’t find better.
After installing our AC/Heating unit a few years ago, we've consistently used them for spring/fall maintenance service. They appear to be thorough and at reasonable prices. They've been nothing but courteous and responsive.
You won't find better than Shawn and his team at Air Patrol. They are top of the line in every aspect.
Air Patrol Air Conditioning is a great company. I have been using them over and over for the last 5 years. They replaced a capacitor, installed a new pair of AC and furnace, and maintained these units. They are responsive, transparent and offer competitive prices.
I called Air Patrol on a Thursday morning regarding having an AC installed in my garage. Shawn returned my call and came out the very next morning (Friday) to give me an estimate. He gave me the estimate and said he would call me later that day once he checked availability on the unit. To my surprise he actually…
Beto and Francisco came to do the maintenance on the system and were the most professional technicians I've had the pleasure to worked with.
Installed and maintained AC and Heating in our family for 8 years. Air Patrol does beautiful work and they stand behind their service and product. Never have to wait in the hot summer for service. Friendly and professional and always there when you need them. The owner, Shawn, obviously takes pride in his company…
We were looking for a good HVAC company for a long time before a neighbor recommended Air Patrol. Shawn and Blake are fantastic! They’ve done significant work for us and we always find their service to be honest, high-quality and punctual. They take time to explain the issue, provide options on how to fix and help…
When my aging Bryant system finally stopped working after nearly 20 years, I got bids from three different HVAC companies to do a full system replacement. After reviewing the proposals, I decided to go with Air Patrol. The experience and expertise demonstrated by the owner, Shawn, during the assessment of my current…
Air Patrol is very reliable and very consistent with Heating /Cooling. They put new systems in my house and continue come back twice a year for maintenance. They do an amazing job !
Air Patrol installed my HVAC in 2018 and have used them for maintenance in the spring and in the fall since then. Josiah was my tech today, very polite, informed me of everything he did while here. He called before he arrived to let me know when he would arrive. Was on time and very efficient! Thank you Josiah and…
I had several quotes and was very pleased with price and installation several years ago. I have them come out twice a year for maintenance and have had very few problems. The two times my AC was not working they were out the next day and had me back up and running.
Always professional, always reasonable and personable. They’ve replaced two a/c units at our previous home and just used them in our new home. Will always use them!
I had 3 different contractors evaluate my HVAC system. Air Patrol was far and away the best. Shawn spent the time necessary to fully evaluate my needs and the best way to address difficulties associated with a prior installation. Ramon and Yorman were efficient and professional, and spent the time necessary to…
Shawn Gazer runs a great company. He and his team are responsive, professional, and very high quality. We have used his services on many occasions and most recently had a new AC unit installed. I couldn't be happier.
Ramon, Yorman and Francisco were wonderful and very knowledgable. They showed up on time and stayed late to make sure the job was done right. I shopped the market for several days and compared multiple prices and companies. I have to say, Air Patrol and Shawn specifically were by far the most knowledgable and honest…
