I really like this company; I trust them. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. Great service, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and understand, organized, straight-forward, and fair pricing. The technician (Blake) went the extra mile to be thorough, accurate, and keeping us informed at each key state of progress. Impressive customer service!
Blake definitely went above and beyond to get our AC unit back on line quickly! Polite and clear explanations of everything during the process.
I called before lunch when our AC went out and we had it fixed by 2pm! The lady (Peggy I believe) who I made an appointment over the phone with, was so cheery and helpful. She called to let me know she had someone coming as quickly and early as possible and then called after the appointment to make sure all went…
Love this company❤️ Edgar came today to replace a condenser coil under warranty. He did awesome work and was so efficient, diligent and respectful. Their attention to detail and keeping the customer informed was amazing. Shawn and his team are the best in the business. Customer for life.
If I could give Air Patrol 10 stars, I would. When our Carrier Greenspeed system failed after a power surge during the 100+ degrees Texas heat, we went through absolute hell with two other prominent HVAC companies (including our original installer). Both companies were happy to charge diagnostic fees but dragged…

Blake, did a great job. He reviewed what he did and showed the parts that were changed out. He tested the equipment to ensure things were running.
Arrived right on time. Diagnosed the problem right away. Good people person, very courteous, explained the situation so even I could understand.I would highly recommend Jose to anyone...
Marcos did a great job today with my regularly scheduled maintenance check. He took his time and replaced my filters and also alerted me ahead of time of a capacitor that was out of range which could lead to my heater not working. I appreciated the heads up before it was brutally cold!
Great service in determining my problem.
We’ve been using Air Patrol for their services several years. Always professional and punctual for the appointment. Highly recommended!
Josiah and Blake communicated with me at all times in the issue with the clogged AC lines and worked to clear the line to drain properly. They provided preventive tips to maintain a clear line for the future . I have been a customer of Sean and Air Patrol for a number of years and he has always been fair and…
On time, and very professional and knowledgeable for capacitor replacement. Good value
We have used Air Patrol for 20+ years. They have always gone out of their way to take care of us. We will not use anyone else. They are professional, responsive and the owner is the best.
I’ve been a customer of Air Patrol for over 20 years because every one of my experiences with Shawn or his staff has always been exceptional. In that time I’ve recommended Air Patrol countless times to friends and family so I’m certainly confident in recommending them publicly as well. You won’t find better.
