Thank you Mike, for fighting the warranty company for the part for my AC condenser and the team putting in the furnace a few weeks ago. You guys Issac and Lawrence, have been outstanding , But hats off to Mike who kept in touch with me and dealing with the landlord, thank you so very much. I truly appreciate you all and the team ❤️ Maria Boston
Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. We had a coil go out and they came to our house the same day. Even though it was a Friday going into Labor Day weekend, they stayed until almost 2:00 AM to make sure the job was finished and our AC was back up and running. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional, and…
Thank you for coming out to perform the service on my AC and providing future recommendation that I will need. Your company displayed excellent customer service from Amanda at the front desk to Erin the technician that performed the services on my AC.
I had Erin out for my annual spring AC tune-up and could not be happier with the service. He was on time, incredibly kind, and highly professional. He was very respectful of my home and took the time to check my entire system thoroughly, even working hard in the extreme heat and my hot attic. I highly recommend his services!
Alan was amazing! 10/10 recommend. He was very knowledgeable of the complexities of our unit and was able to successfully diagnose and fix our system in a matter of hours. I will definitely request Mr. Alan’s services in the future. P.s. We also took advantage of that membership and will obtain complimentary…
I like worry-free, hassle free service. This is what you get with Air Star! Air Star might not have the name recognition as some at this time but this is when I say, “Great things come in small packages.” Thanks Alan
Our service technician Henry was a good communicator leading up to our appointment, flexible with us when we were stuck in traffic and unable to be at the home right when he got there and performed efficient and effective service. We will confident we will stay cool this summer!
Michael was very quick and professional. Highly recommended.👌
I have been using Air Star for my AC problems, my last call out was with Daniel, he was very courteous and professional. He took care of the problem and took the time to clean up the surrounding area. Thank you very much and keep up the good work. Fernando Osornia
Great service from Danny
Thanks to everyone at Air Star Now, I know I wouldn't have any issues with my A/C and if I do they will take care of me. Shoutout to Allan for his help. I've had quite a few improvements, fixing, and maintenance completed by Air Star Now and their team.
My appointment went well with Danny on yesterday. He was polite, friendly, courteous and respectful to myself and my property. He made a recommendation of having the air purifier installed and was helpful in getting the installation set up. The young men that followed with the installation and cleaning of the…
A/C and heater replaced about 5 years ago. We have twice a year check and maintenance. No problems. Everyone is very nice and professional- office staff and hvac professionals. Highly recommend Air Star!
This HVAC company is fantastic! Mark, the technician, is brilliant—he not only fixed my system but also taught me how to operate it properly for the best performance. Great service, honest, professional, and truly caring. Highly recommend!
We have been using Air Star Now for a couple of years now for our HVAC twice a year cooling and heating maintenance. Always shows up within their window arrival time and easy to schedule when time. Henry came today for our get ready for summer maintenance, he was very professional, knowledge and thorough. Great job, highly recommend.

Air Star did great work. Alan was well mannered and on time. He answered all my questions and cleaned up after himself too.
Quick appointments and they do a great job.
My AC was blowing and not cooling. I called Air Star Now and Jared was out to my house in less than an hour. My AC started cooling again shortly before his arrival, but he still checked it out and explained the issue to me. I'll definitely be using them again for any future AC needs. Edit: It's been three years…
I had an issue with my soft start and Angel & Daniel arrived well within the appointment window and addressed the issue.
This is the AC guy you have been looking for but not able to find.
Edit: I wish I could 5 star Air Star Now more than once! Even now 3 years after I left my original review (below) this company is still just as (if not even more) impressive. When our house became an oven we had them come out to check, turned out some critters (we suspect raccoons) chewed up our ducts until they…
I don't write many reviews, but I felt I needed to leave one here. Jon and his team were great to work with. We ran into an issue in the middle of summer and his team responded quickly to try and diagnose the problem. At first, we couldn't determine the problem and they said to call if it acted up. Well, a few days…
Harris saved me $4000. I called Harris when a once trusted AC guy told me I needed a new coil due to a leak (low pressure) . He also insisted the whole coil was covered with mold. I could see he had no tool to detect the leak, and I knew he didn’t open the plenum. If there was a leak, it was tiny. They sent a…
Harris Heat & Air was great! Corey arrived on time, was nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything that was done.
Jared come out for same day service and have a detailed review of our system. He was friendly and professional.
Amazing company! AC stopped working in the middle of the night and Corey came at 10am the following morning. Diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. A++++ company and Corey is A++++ as well.

Corey was professional and informative. He arrived on time and gave good information. I trust this company for my a/c. Look forward to working with them again. .. Thanks for the repair. System is up and running.
Jon went out of his way to make a late evening house call for diagnostics and had his team in our home two days ahead of the initially expected service date to get our system back up and running. Absolutely exceptional customer care on top of clean and solid workmanship by the techs.
Excellent service. Thank you for your professionalism and time.
Mr. Harris and Mr. Ramirez were great. I had questions about my thermostat and Mr. Harris was honest and helpful.
Professional service. Completely satisfied.
I was surprised that my unit was not acceptable but he did try to get gto it. Knowing now the truth about what is needed to fix my issues is a blessing that isn't always given.
Corey was punctual, professional and thorough. Received a text when he was on his way, which is much appreciated. He explained what he would be checking, asked for access to the yard to check the AC unit and even asked if he should knock when he came back inside or simply walk in. Little things like that go far in…

John is very professional and personable. He explained everything, was transparent and took plenty of photos to help me understand the work he was doing and the recommendations he was making. No hard upsells just information and allowing me to make my own decisions. I will continue to call John and his team whenever I need work done on our HVAC system.
Yesterday my AC stopped working. I considered trying to service it myself but when it’s hot you just want it fixed. Called air star and Billy was at my house in a few hours. It took him 30 seconds to find the problem and a few minutes to fix it. They even offered a payment plan. Billy was knowledgeable,…
Jon is amazingly helpful - Twice, we've had something break on a weekend, and he's gone out of his way to help us get it repaired quickly. My husband is disabled, so he has been very conscientious about making sure that we weren't without a heat or AC. He is honest about problems with the equipment, and advises you…
Mr. Jared was Awesome Sauce! He made sure I understood everything, and what he was doing next. After my diagnosis, he realize that my system was clogged in the air pipes and water wasn’t draining. He was in and out in an hour. It took him no time. I appreciate the company, with the urgent call last night after I…
Exceptional service! One of my AC units was diagnosed and repaired (new motor installed) within a couple of hours. Excellent supply chain system allowing new motor drop-off for immediate repair. The All Star serviceman Billy was very professional, courteous and hard working, in temperatures hovering around 100degF..…
My issue was the emergency drain pan was continuing to overflow. Another vendor quoted $10K to replace AC system entirely and would not diagnose why the emergency drain pan was overflowing. AirStarNow technician looked at the pan and the primary overflow mechanism - the drain to the upstairs bathroom piping. He…
Jared from Air Star was thorough, informative, and friendly when performing yearly maintenance on my AC system. He gave practical advice on upkeep, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and, unlike many HVAC companies, he did not try to upsell me at every corner. Of course, he provided recommendations on ways to…

Mr. J Wright is a very professional technician, thorough and customer oriented. This is very rare combination to find in today's service companies. I look forward to work with Mr. Wright in my next AC & Heating Maintenance needs. Thank You Jared.
Very good service and recommendations. Also, junior was so transparent and clear discussion on different options for repair. professional and on time. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.
Very pleased with my experience with this company, the technicians junior and Jonathan where patient and very insightful in their area of work, they answered all my questions and addresses every concern, I definitely will keep contacting this company, thank you air star.
I called this company because nobody else was open after midnight on a Thursday but the technician came out within 45 minutes and had the ac working again really quickly. I signed up for a maintenance plan and they gave me a pretty good discount too!
Amazing company! I even signed up for their membership maintenance plan! They made it quick and easy to replace my capacitor, even though it was really late on a Saturday when my ac malfunctioned.
Very satisfied! Definitely recommending Air Star to friends & family!!
Used service about 4 weeks ago to repair my AC. Very professional and affordable . Called on service again on 9/30- very kind in sharing information on thermostat installation via text ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️… Awesome Job. Very thankful for the information you shared 🙏🙏🙏🙏!
Last night my A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called 3 different 24hr repair companies, and all of them couldn't make it out til the morning, or just never called back. I called Air Star, and Billy came out within half an hour! He was very friendly, and was able to replace the conductor on my outside unit in just minutes. Definitely recommend!
