It took 3 years of multiple HvAC companies, lots of money spent on repairs and very little improvement in our air quality and issues that our home was experiencing. A neighbor told me about Billy and Airstar Now and told me I would not be disappointed. She said Billy doesn't stop until he solves the issue for the…
Air Star Now exceeded every expectation! Their customer service is truly unmatched. I haven’t experienced this level of care and professionalism in a very long time, it was honestly refreshing. From the moment our technician, Ero, arrived to assess our A/C units, he was patient, honest, and incredibly…
Requested a soft start installation. The technician (Daniel) that came out was very professional, thorough and quick. His communication skills were on point. As he Explained everything he was showing pictures so I could understand what he was referencing. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to others.
Alan is a great technician! Very informative and helpful from beginning to end. Couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.
Thanks to everyone at Air Star Now, I know I wouldn't have any issues with my A/C and if I do they will take care of me. Shoutout to Allan for his help. I've had quite a few improvements, fixing, and maintenance completed by Air Star Now and their team.
A/C and heater replaced about 5 years ago. We have twice a year check and maintenance. No problems. Everyone is very nice and professional- office staff and hvac professionals. Highly recommend Air Star!
Outstanding support! I called to explain my problem at around 6pm and Alan came within an hour of my initial call. Alan walked us through the problem and various options. Outstanding service. Ero (Service Tech) did my bothers soft start for his ac. He was so polite and offered to do mine the same day. He was very helpful with all information. I’m coming back for any service or troubleshoot.
Air Star Now has been a great company to work with from start to finish. They were very responsive to our call and made scheduling quick and easy. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly. There were a couple of small hiccups during the process, but what really stood out to…

Very knowledgeable and professional. They are always very pleasant to work with. The promptness in replying and remedying the problem was outstanding. It is a blessing to work with a company and owner with such integrity! We highly recommend Jon Harris and Harris Heating & Air.
Awesome service and attention to detail. Mr. Harris makes you feel like more than just a customer.
Thank you guys for the amazing, thorough work at my parents' house. Their AC was really old and it needed to get replaced. Billy and his team did an amazing job. Thank you!
Love this company! Harris Heating and Air Conditioning was half the price of a larger AC company (ARS) and they were 100 times friendlier. They arrived on time and started working promptly. During the initial service call they pinpointed problems we didn’t know existed and did not hesitate to fix them while…

He fixed all the problems caused by the former service company. He even cleaned up debris left by contractors of the past!! Ran new drain lines for…
My issue was the emergency drain pan was continuing to overflow. Another vendor quoted $10K to replace AC system entirely and would not diagnose why the emergency drain pan was overflowing.
