Our outdoor unit stopped working and we live in Houston, TX so we needed someone out ASAP. They responded quickly and sent someone out at 10pm that same night. Ero came out and informed us we needed a new motor. The price was very reasonable and they even gave us a discount. Definitely recommend Air Star Now for your HVAC needs.
Thanks to everyone at Air Star Now, I know I wouldn't have any issues with my A/C and if I do they will take care of me. Shoutout to Allan for his help. I've had quite a few improvements, fixing, and maintenance completed by Air Star Now and their team.
Outstanding support! I called to explain my problem at around 6pm and Alan came within an hour of my initial call. Alan walked us through the problem and various options. We were able to schedule an installation the following day (even though we were not going to be at home) and Alan came back the following week…
Edit: I wish I could 5 star Air Star Now more than once! Even now 3 years after I left my original review (below) this company is still just as (if not even more) impressive. When our house became an oven we had them come out to check, turned out some critters (we suspect raccoons) chewed up our ducts until they…

A/C stopped cooling and had a service tech on site within 2 hours. Very courteous and professional. I don’t know how ac techs do it , I was in attic for 5 minutes and was dying. I may not like the outcome of what is needed but it has no reflection on the company. Parts fail in houston and I got 13 years out of my…
