Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. We had a coil go out and they came to our house the same day. Even though it was a Friday going into Labor Day weekend, they stayed until almost 2:00 AM to make sure the job was finished and our AC was back up and running. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional, and…
Phenomenal service thank you so much, Daniel. Came out on this Saturday fix the flux capacitors 😂😂😂 and we were cool by the afternoon. Excellent service came right when we needed it the most.
Our AC stopped working the Friday before Memorial Day. A technician came out that night and assessed the situation and found the compressor needed replaced. Michael and Ivan promptly showed up Saturday morning, clearly communicated the issues and finished within a few hours. Thankfully the repair was covered by a…
Our service technician Henry was a good communicator leading up to our appointment, flexible with us when we were stuck in traffic and unable to be at the home right when he got there and performed efficient and effective service. We will confident we will stay cool this summer!
Outstanding support! I called to explain my problem at around 6pm and Alan came within an hour of my initial call. Alan walked us through the problem and various options. We were able to schedule an installation the following day (even though we were not going to be at home) and Alan came back the following week…
Alan came out the same day I called which was fantastic. He was very respectful and explained each step along the way as he went. This was greatly appreciated. Alan repaired a contactor, fuse and installed 2 surge protectors. I recommend anyone who uses this company to sign up for their maintenance plan. They service your unit twice a year.
They are the kindest most understanding company. They really care about their customers. Quick to respond, honest and reliable. They are the chick fi la of hvac companies.
Air Star did great work. Alan was well mannered and on time. He answered all my questions and cleaned up after himself too.
Seldom do you fine companies like this today. We've needed HH&A twice now. Both times, the response was within a couple of hours. Even on the weekend. Professional Service. Owner and technician so professional and pleasant. They are genuinely concerned about the customer's needs. This company truly deserves…
Sept 24 2025 - Very professional and polite techs. This is my 3rd time using Harris Heat & Air. My air went out sometime between 2 and 6:30 pm on Sept 23. It was 81 degrees in my house. I called Harris Heat & Air and they were here the next day. The guys got my A/C going and while I may have to get a new unit, Corey…
Excellent work! Excellent response time! Excellent skillset! Very pleased.
Cory: Very knowledgeable & respectful.
This is the AC guy you have been looking for but not able to find.
Edit: I wish I could 5 star Air Star Now more than once! Even now 3 years after I left my original review (below) this company is still just as (if not even more) impressive. When our house became an oven we had them come out to check, turned out some critters (we suspect raccoons) chewed up our ducts until they…
Customer Reviews My A/C unit had an issue after the power outage due to the thunder storm in the Cypress, TX area. I called upon Harris Heating & Air to perform a system checkup and to repair any defective issues. Jon and his team, Corey Ramirez, Billy Zbranek, and their helper did a fantastic job of coming out and…
Great response time and friendly service.
Very knowledgeable and professional. They are always very pleasant to work with. The promptness in replying and remedying the problem was outstanding. It is a blessing to work with a company and owner with such integrity! We highly recommend Jon Harris and Harris Heating & Air.
I don't write many reviews, but I felt I needed to leave one here. Jon and his team were great to work with. We ran into an issue in the middle of summer and his team responded quickly to try and diagnose the problem. At first, we couldn't determine the problem and they said to call if it acted up. Well, a few days…
Jon was able to get here earlier than the scheduled appointment and quickly solved the problem. Definitely would recommend him.
Jon & Corey did a super job repairing our A/C, which had several issues They also completed the job and got our A/C running properly in a timely fashion! I would definitely use this business again!

I had another company give me an estimate of $1100 for some AC work. I called Harris Heating and Cooling and they were able to come the next day and it cost me $160 out the door. John was also very professional and nice. Would definitely recommend!

Billy came out at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it at a fair price. Very pleased with the service. They’re my HVAC guys from now on.
My issue was the emergency drain pan was continuing to overflow. Another vendor quoted $10K to replace AC system entirely and would not diagnose why the emergency drain pan was overflowing. AirStarNow technician looked at the pan and the primary overflow mechanism - the drain to the upstairs bathroom piping. He…
Mark was amazing!! He showed up and got to work! We appreciate your hard work so much!
Jon was very kind, honest, polite and professional. He examined the furnace and the unit outside and quickly determined the problem and had the part on hand to replace the bad one and get our unit up and running. Our service technicians Jon and Dakota were great! Very courteous and professional. They even noticed there was another problem with the AC unrelated to the initial call, but came back the next day to fix at no extra charge.

I absolutely had a fantastic experience with this company, Nick was very prompt showing up to help solve our problem, our ac unit stopping working after our landscaper accidentally busted the refrigerant line.
