Our outdoor unit stopped working and we live in Houston, TX so we needed someone out ASAP. They responded quickly and sent someone out at 10pm that same night. Ero came out and informed us we needed a new motor. The price was very reasonable and they even gave us a discount. Definitely recommend Air Star Now for your HVAC needs.
Thanks to everyone at Air Star Now, I know I wouldn't have any issues with my A/C and if I do they will take care of me. Shoutout to Allan for his help. I've had quite a few improvements, fixing, and maintenance completed by Air Star Now and their team.
Outstanding support! I called to explain my problem at around 6pm and Alan came within an hour of my initial call. Alan walked us through the problem and various options. We were able to schedule an installation the following day (even though we were not going to be at home) and Alan came back the following week…
Edit: I wish I could 5 star Air Star Now more than once! Even now 3 years after I left my original review (below) this company is still just as (if not even more) impressive. When our house became an oven we had them come out to check, turned out some critters (we suspect raccoons) chewed up our ducts until they…
Customer Reviews My A/C unit had an issue after the power outage due to the thunder storm in the Cypress, TX area. I called upon Harris Heating & Air to perform a system checkup and to repair any defective issues. Jon and his team, Corey Ramirez, Billy Zbranek, and their helper did a fantastic job of coming out and…
Very responsive and timely. Corey and Billy was efficient. With Jon, got the AC system checked and ready for the winter. Very respectful of my time and highly recommend their services.
I love Harris Heating & Air conditioning! They are quick to respond and schedule the appt immediately. I have been super satisfied every time they have come out. I would highly recommend!
A/C stopped cooling and had a service tech on site within 2 hours. Very courteous and professional. I don’t know how ac techs do it , I was in attic for 5 minutes and was dying. I may not like the outcome of what is needed but it has no reflection on the company. Parts fail in houston and I got 13 years out of my…
Very professional and very nice I was so HAPPY he was able to do it TODAY very happy customer.
Spectacular customer service! They were very responsive when we had an A/C issue. They came out on a Friday evening and were very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Quality was great. Service time was quick. Cost was fair. Nick did an outstanding job and was eager and helpful the whole time.
This past weekend, my parents' A/C stopped working and I called Air Star. That same night, Billy was able to get their A/C up and running again. My parents were so thankful!
My nephew had no heat due to another HVAC company and called Air Star Now. Jason came out and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly . He listened to the issues and had the heat on in no time. He explained everything as he went and answered all the questions. I would Highly Recommend this company . It…
Jon did an amazing job giving us all the information that another company failed to do on our broken air conditioning system. He was friendly and very helpful and we will continue to use them in the future!
Great job! Professional team!
AC not cooling and Billy came out and got it working again. Great service!
AC went out last night and Billy came out and took care of us. Thank you!
Professional and on time. Very thorough. Great service!
Jared was awesome!! He has our AC running again in no time. Really happy with how fast they were able to come.
Exceptional service! One of my AC units was diagnosed and repaired (new motor installed) within a couple of hours. Excellent supply chain system allowing new motor drop-off for immediate repair. The All Star serviceman Billy was very professional, courteous and hard working, in temperatures hovering around 100degF..…
I cant say enough good things about this company. Billy came out at midnight on a Sunday before my family and I left for vacation and got my ax going again. I called at 11 and billy answered my call and was here at 12:30. These guys are the real deal. They deserve every penny they charge for the work and…
