Nick was super knowledgeable. On arrival he was courteous and friendly. He assisted by explaining to me the issues and showed pictures of the problems we were dealing with along with a variety of options to improve our AC issues. Air Titans prices were by far more competitive than our old AC company. Plus they…

Elias Rivera was our tech. Very thorough and honest. Air Titans Pro has been our go to since last year. Honest and top notch service so much so we signed up for their annual maintenance service. This service call Elias performed routine maintenance and identified a failing capacitor that was replaced. Fast service for a reasonable price. Would recommend.
Once again helped out by Dave Fluellen, made the experience really easy. Never felt like anything was pushed on me, a ton of transparency and made the process of any fixes needed quick and simple. Thanks
Dave was awesome!!! He was very thorough and found things that had been neglected for years. I really appreciate his honesty.
Do not use this company, they will sell you a full overpriced unit that doesn't function accordingly to how its supposed to. Don't complete paid work. They're horrible at customer service. End up blocking my number. Damaged 2 of my dry walls and had to pay additional to get that fixed. Do not used this company, save…
I recently got them to put up vent heating and AC in my house. What ever people call them now a day. Everything was ok until a week later when the vent stopped heating. I've called them, terrible customer service. I got my money taken from me because they never came back to fix the poorly done job. I was charged…
These guys are irresponsable. They talk and talk and talk to you for 45 minutes, you pay them dozens of dollars, they agree to do the work but only end up doing less than half of it. And charge you full price. You then call and call and call on them none stop so they come finish the job, only to tell you once that…
Elias was fantastic, explained his process, stepped it out, very pleasant knowledgeable! I highly recommend!

Air Titans has been to my house twice now and both experiences were excellent. The first time, Antonio and Julian came out to do an air duct cleaning and sanitation. They were super thorough, walked me through the entire process, and answered all my questions. I really appreciated how helpful and professional they…
