Nick did a fantastic job cleaning our a/c ducts and also pointed out some other issues we might face down the road, can highly recommend this company.
Nick took extra time to walk us through several issues with the way our new build was installed, causes of our AC issues, and provided everything we need to file a claim with our insurance company. Most importantly, we’re all cleaned up and enjoying fresh, bacteria-free AC that’s running ice cold.
Nick did a great job on the tune up today, very satisfied with the service

Huge shoutout to Nick! He was so great to talk to and really went above and beyond. He took the time to break everything down so I actually understood what was going on, and he completely fixed a mess that another A/C company left behind. If you want honest, quality work, ask for Nick!
Nick was very helpful and did a great job! Elias came out on Father's Day when my unit quit running in the middle of the afternoon. He immediately identified the cause and fixed the problem. I couldn't be more happy with his service.

Jackson was super helpful and immediately addressed our concern. He provided several options on what could be done and broke them down in order of priority. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We would highly recommend Jackson and Titan Air again.
Dave was amazing!!! He explained everything so well and cleaned our unit thoroughly! Our house is now to my fave temp - finger tingling arctic cold without even having to drop the temp all that low AND I walked in my room for the first time without sneezing as soon as the AC turned on. I’m seriously impressed, 10 out of 10 will recommend to everyone I know
Nick was super knowledgeable. On arrival he was courteous and friendly. He assisted by explaining to me the issues and showed pictures of the problems we were dealing with along with a variety of options to improve our AC issues. Air Titans prices were by far more competitive than our old AC company. Plus they…
Company claims to have a $49 tune-up and sanitation service but once they arrived they did a diagnostic of AC unit then gave me a quote of over $2,300 and since I didn’t agree with quote tried to tell me to pay $169 service charge. This is bad business. I understand trying to make your money but this is robbery and…

Elias Rivera was our tech. Very thorough and honest. Air Titans Pro has been our go to since last year. Honest and top notch service so much so we signed up for their annual maintenance service. This service call Elias performed routine maintenance and identified a failing capacitor that was replaced. Fast service for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Gentlemen was amazing. Blake did the work in no time and made sure that it was done efficient more than what I expected.
Do not use this company, they will sell you a full overpriced unit that doesn't function accordingly to how its supposed to. Don't complete paid work. They're horrible at customer service. End up blocking my number. Damaged 2 of my dry walls and had to pay additional to get that fixed. Do not used this company, save…
These guys are irresponsable. They talk and talk and talk to you for 45 minutes, you pay them dozens of dollars, they agree to do the work but only end up doing less than half of it. And charge you full price. You then call and call and call on them none stop so they come finish the job, only to tell you once that…

Dave is the best
I give Air Titans zero stars if possible. Saw their ad on social media for Duct cleaning for $189. When they came in, found excuses of why they couldn’t clean out the ducts. Instead offered me 3 packages starting from $7,000 to clean the unit and add some scrubbers and UV lights. The funny part, I know of 3 other…
Joshua Tudor provided exceptional service and was extremely informative throughout the whole process. He was very detailed in explaining the work he was performing and also what work was needed. Straightforward in things that were urgent and things that were not so urgent. You could tell he was an expert in his field.
