Nick was great. Very informative, knowledgeable & hard working. We are glad we chose Air Titans
Nick was amazing!
Blake did a great job explaining everything and was very knowledgeable. They do propose way more than you need and it feels more like a push to sell and up sell than to give it to you straight. Will try another company in the future.

Nick was great
Nick took extra time to walk us through several issues with the way our new build was installed, causes of our AC issues, and provided everything we need to file a claim with our insurance company. Most importantly, we’re all cleaned up and enjoying fresh, bacteria-free AC that’s running ice cold.

Sergio was very knowledgeable and also very professional. He listened and resolved our issues very quickly.
Nick is a gentle giant. He is careful, personable, friendly and patient.
I originally called Air Titans to see if my air vents needed cleaning. Instead, they recommended a sanitation service and convinced me to sign up for a maintenance plan for my two A/C units because it included the sanitation for less money. When the technician came out, he immediately started using scare tactics,…
Nick was fantastic and educated me on every step!
Nick was awesome communication was great and all was smooth
BO did a great job and is highly knowledgeable.
Great services. Nick explained everything clearly and offered alternative services and solution I’ll considered for next visit.
I hired AirTitans to perform a tune up on my ac unit. I've always gotten these on my other property but never to this level. Avery (service tech) was very detailed and kept me informed through the entire process. At the end he showed me before and after pictures of my unit and answered all my questions. Plus he…

My technician Bow did an amazing job today. He explained everything to me clearly. I couldn’t be any happier about the job he did in my house
Elias was great and very professional!
Update: BEWARE. It seems Blake has been promoted now and our experience has not been great. Our air conditioning broke (in early July) and they sent a tech out to diagnose the issue. We were quoted $3,500 to replace the coil (which was under warranty — the $3,500 was just for labor). When we asked to see an itemized…
Bo came by for our monthly maintenance stop, not only did he do everything he needed to do but he was very warm and friendly. After he did some inspecting he made sure to be clear about what did or didn’t need to be repaired/replaced and didn’t push any additional services on us. He’s the type of guy you would want doing these services for you.

Elias Rivera was very detailed and took his time to explain our issues and put us on a path to get them all fixed. My kid and dog also loved him.
First time experience with AirTitans; Elias was great. Process was different than all the other companies I’ve worked with.
The guys are always great, but the upsells and prices the company offers aren’t competitive. I had periodic maintenance done last week on a system that was working perfectly and now it’s failing. Just in time for them to return, charge $89 to inspect, try to charge over $500 to do a leak check, or charge $250 per lb…
Had a fantastic experience with Air Titans! Elias and Kory came out for the $49 HVAC tune-up (which is an incredible deal — included a 22-point inspection plus a free duct sanitization). They were thorough, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable. During the inspection they found some growth in the system and…

We've appreciated the professionalism and human touch from everyone we've interacted with at Air Titans. We had Nick the technician visit and provide services for our AC systems. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about AC care and extending the life of our units. He took his time explaining everything for us and provided some options for moving forward. Very happy with their services
Company claims to have a $49 tune-up and sanitation service but once they arrived they did a diagnostic of AC unit then gave me a quote of over $2,300 and since I didn’t agree with quote tried to tell me to pay $169 service charge. This is bad business. I understand trying to make your money but this is robbery and…

Do not use this company, they will sell you a full overpriced unit that doesn't function accordingly to how its supposed to. Don't complete paid work. They're horrible at customer service. End up blocking my number. Damaged 2 of my dry walls and had to pay additional to get that fixed. Do not used this company, save…
I used their company because of the good reviews, big mistake. They are not professionals at all. Only talked to me for over an hour of what they were planning on doing for the heating and A/c installment. They did the job in a hurry, they kept calling to their company asking for spare parts but the parts never…
I recently got them to put up vent heating and AC in my house. What ever people call them now a day. Everything was ok until a week later when the vent stopped heating. I've called them, terrible customer service. I got my money taken from me because they never came back to fix the poorly done job. I was charged…
These guys are irresponsable. They talk and talk and talk to you for 45 minutes, you pay them dozens of dollars, they agree to do the work but only end up doing less than half of it. And charge you full price. You then call and call and call on them none stop so they come finish the job, only to tell you once that…
