Randy is exceptional. I recently had heart surgery and am limited in what I can lift. Randy graciously came inside and went upstairs to carry my heavy suitcase downstairs and put it in the van.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI was originally charged 37.50 for my ride then the company charged me 47.50 and when I called the guy couldn’t tell me why I was charged an additional $10. My driver was terrible. He sat out in my driveway and never came to my door to let me know he had arrived and when I looked out my garage I saw him sitting on my driveway. I went out with my luggage and he saw me standing in my driveway and continued to sit in the van on his phone. When he finally got out , I told him that I didn’t know he was in my driveway and why didn’t he come to rthe door. All he said was “sorry” without addressing the concern. But the worst thing about the ride??? My life being in danger the entire trip!! The man was literally texting and looking at his phone all the way to the airport!’ He swerved into the other lane a couple of times!! I felt so unsafe!! I took a nice town car from the airport that cost $41 for the same trip to my home from the airport and the driver was safe!!! I wil NOT use AirPort Express again!! I’ve used them a few times before but never have I had a driver texting and looking at his phone the entire way, putting a customer life at risk!!!! Terrible service!!
