AKRON CANTON GARAGE DOORS installed a beautiful garage door for me about a year ago. Yesterday I was having an issue and they returned to check out the problem. It was something minor that they were able to explain to me how I could remedy. John noticed that I needed a repair on my downspout. I explained that yes I needed to make the repair and when I had some extra time, I would tackle the job. John said well you’ll need to get your ladder out and get a drill. We’ll just fix it for you right now. And that’s exactly what they did. Akron Canton Garage Doors have always provided great service and this was just the icing on the cake! They offered and repaired my downspout for FREE and without me even asking it to be repaired by them. What a great company and caring owners. I would highly recommend them.

I would normally wait to review, but they just left and I'm pretty happy with the experience. The price was solid for an insulated door, and they were low pressure as i went thru an extended process of checking out various companies. I asked frequent questions to which i received prompt answers. And once i settled on them, they came out quickly and removed the old and installed the new in about 3 hours. And since i had removed the old trim but not yet installed the underpieces for the new trim, i assumed I'd need to install the trim myself later. But nope. When i mentioned it they said to just call them once i get the 1x3 pieces and they would come back and finish the job. Because it's a door and not a device, i feel confident I'm not reviewing them too early. But if there is a problem i will come back and update. But i don't expect any problems.

Wow! These two gentlemen were attentive in diagnosing my problem and gave me options. I chose a new opener to be installed on a day that I went to work. They were here and installed my opener, called when they finished, cleaned up and locked up. I cannot tell you how important honest people are in our world today! My new opener is wonderful, quiet and smooth. What a relief and pleasant surprise when I got home. These two men have earned the title of professional! Thank you! I would highly recommend!
