Trent Mays came out, determined we had a septic tank header line problem and gave a detailed estimate for the repairs. He scheduled an appointment to do the work, showed up on time and completed the without any issues.
Trent is an awesome technician! Very professional!! Knew just what to do to get us taken care of. He and Tony make a great team! They didn't waste any time responding to our issue. Thank you Precision!
Dallas and Paul came out to our house this morning to check out a septic issue we were having and finished the whole task by 530pm They are super professional and helpful in giving advise, doing the task and work! We will definitely be using them in the future for our plumbing needs! If there were 10 stars available, they would surely get them all!!
One of the lids on our septic tank broke and fell into the tank along with all the dirt covering it. Precision Services cleaned out the tank, replaced the lid with a new rebar reinforced lid and access port. Dallas and his crew were very prompt, courteous, professional and honest. We will definitely use them again.
Septic tank emptied, replaced field lines in a prompt timeframe. Very nice and friendly demeanor. Fantastic price. Great to work with.
