I really didn’t want to leave a one-star review, but the way your company operates is truly sloppy. You even implied that I was lying when I stated that the job only took about 30 minutes—my staff can attest to this, and I even have security camera footage showing that the entire process took a mere 5 minutes. That is precisely why I had to call to complain so many times. I have since hired a much better provider; they completed everything within just one month, and I am extremely satisfied with their work. I will delete this review—I simply want your company to do better.

We’re sorry to hear that our services did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have served your restaurant since 2022. When you expressed your desire to discontinue service, we were happy to dissolve the agreement without penalty.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding the service history on your account. You mentioned concerns about the quality of service and the amount of time our technicians spent treating the restaurant for German cockroaches. Our service records, including time-stamped reports and vehicle GPS data, show that our technicians consistently spent at least 30 minutes on-site during scheduled treatments.
German cockroach infestations can be particularly challenging to resolve, especially when contributing sanitation and environmental conditions remain present. Throughout our time servicing the property, our team communicated on multiple occasions that certain sanitation concerns needed to be addressed in conjunction with our treatments in order to achieve the best possible results. Despite those ongoing challenges, our technicians continued working diligently to bring the issue under control.
We also made every effort to maintain professional and productive communication throughout our relationship, including during interactions that became difficult for our office staff.
We regret that we were ultimately unable to meet your expectations and wish you and your restaurant the very best moving forward.

I've been on an Alamo pest control plan for years. I find that they do a great job and are incredibly responsive whenever I have a new issue to deal with.
I've used them for whole house pest control, termite control and for dealing with wasps. My most recent experience was having them remove a wasp nest by my back patio door. Glad I have them!

The service technicians have always exhibited knowledge about how to best control invading insects, including how their products work and best recommendations. I say this because we've previously hired other companies to assist with pest control, and the service techs basically showed up, applied their products, and left without so much as asking if we had any questions or if we had any particular insect concerns.
