Worked on a clog in my duplex. When the renter next door realized they had snaked up on their side and broke the toilet I called and they fixed the mishap right away. I appreciated the no excuse hustle and they cleared the drain. Professional and highly recommended.

*WARNING* they do not guarantee their work at all. We were charged about $1K for snaking our whole building WITH camera assist and after "clearing" the lines, we got sewage again less than 24 hrs later in our tub. We called them within about 20-22 hrs and they told us we'd have to pay all over again for the second… Read full review

They came out on a Saturday evening and were able to get everything squared away very quickly. Would recommend their services

I moved into a new home and I had a clog in my main outgoing sewer line and my garage flooded after a load of laundry. These guys were at my house 2 hours after I called and got the problem fixed in a little over an hour. They pulled out a bunch of wipes that had been flushed and educated us on the best products for your pipes. Highly recommend

Heads up: Alaska Plumbing & Drain charges $870 per hour for Saturday service. That’s right, $870 per hour! Arctic Drain charged $262 per hour for Saturday service and did a great job. Talk about a local company fleecing its customers apparently because it thinks it can…. Sad!

Yeah, I went downstairs to find it flooded and of course we’re right in the middle of a remodel. And it’s was a Sunday, of course. After going down the list and calling about 10 plumbers these guys responded and saved the day. The guy was very courteous and professional, and got the job done and a quick and timely manner.
