Your Technician, Matt, came on time and was efficient and explained what he was doing and why. I really appreciate that as dealing with clogged drains is not in my skill set. *WARNING* they do not guarantee their work at all. We were charged about $1K for snaking our whole building WITH camera assist and after "clearing" the lines, we got sewage again less than 24 hrs later in our tub. I moved into a new home and I had a clog in my main outgoing sewer line and my garage flooded after a load of laundry. These guys were at my house 2 hours after I called and got the problem fixed in a little over an hour. They pulled out a bunch of wipes that had been flushed and educated us on the best products for your pipes. Highly recommend

Heads up: Alaska Plumbing & Drain charges $870 per hour for Saturday service. That’s right, $870 per hour! Arctic Drain charged $262 per hour for Saturday service and did a great job. Talk about a local company fleecing its customers apparently because it thinks it can…. Sad!

Yeah, I went downstairs to find it flooded and of course we’re right in the middle of a remodel. And it’s was a Sunday, of course. After going down the list and calling about 10 plumbers these guys responded and saved the day. The guy was very courteous and professional, and got the job done and a quick and timely manner.
