We were charged about $1K for snaking our whole building WITH camera assist and after "clearing" the lines, we got sewage again less than 24 hrs later in our tub. I moved into a new home and I had a clog in my main outgoing sewer line and my garage flooded after a load of laundry. These guys were at my house 2 hours after I called and got the problem fixed in a little over an hour. They pulled out a bunch of wipes that had been flushed and educated us on the best products for your pipes. Highly recommend

Heads up: Alaska Plumbing & Drain charges $870 per hour for Saturday service. That’s right, $870 per hour! Arctic Drain charged $262 per hour for Saturday service and did a great job. Talk about a local company fleecing its customers apparently because it thinks it can…. Sad!

Yeah, I went downstairs to find it flooded and of course we’re right in the middle of a remodel. And it’s was a Sunday, of course. After going down the list and calling about 10 plumbers these guys responded and saved the day. The guy was very courteous and professional, and got the job done and a quick and timely manner.

I live in a multiplex and own the bottom unit. I came home to a flooded bathroom from something that occurred in the plumbing from the units above me. Service Technician Collin was amazing! We had a major blockage in our clean out line. A test plug was blocking the line, Collin miraculously was able to use a snake with tool attachment to unscrew a small screw on the test plug ring to collapse the plastic and retrieve it out. We called them on a Friday afternoon when our septic tank overfilled due to a clogged drain. They said it might be after hours before they could get here but made it within the hour. Unclogged our drain in less than an hour. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent!

Great company if you’re having problems with your plumbing. Give them a call, they have great customer service, their technologies are Amazing. They’ll have your issues diagnosed and resolved before the situation worsens.

We had an emergency situation and when we called the dispatcher offered various solutions while keeping us aware of the different service hours. We had someone out quickly and avoided overtime in the end. The problem was fixed beyond expectation. I highly recommend this business.
